Room 204 was clean, comfortable and well equipped. However the bathroom shower area had a very musty odor. The ceiling above the shower looked to have a very sloppy repair job of some kind of ceiling damage. I couldn't tell if the odor was coming from the ceiling area or perhaps a musty old shower curtain. Either way, it was unpleasant and felt unclean. The light switch and warming light dial were both sticky. The front desk staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast lady on staff both Saturday and Sunday mornings was so sweet, welcoming and ready to serve. She deserves several gold stars for her warmth and effort and kindness. You don't usually see such happy workers, so kudos! Give her a little raise!

This hotel was a nice stop between home and Tennessee. The only complaint we had was the hot water. It would be warm than cold it was not consistent. The breakfast was good and beds were comfortable.

The afternoon we arrived, there was a large motorcycle group all hunkered down under the awning because it was raining. So I was unable to drop off my handicapped mother and our bags at the lobby. That group was in that area, outside until early hours of the next day. Our room was in the front so we could hear them throughout. We stayed in a handicapped accessible room, #423 ? I believe. The room was clean however the window blind was not functioning so we had to prop it up with the ironing board to keep it open. The front desk agent brought the maintenence man up who explained that the part they needed to fix the issue was on back order and that then issue only affected handicapped accessible rooms. Yay! We were there 3 nights so we were a bit inconvenienced. Oh and the liquor bottles overflowing the trash bins by the pool. Needless to say we're not sure we'd stay here again. Oh yeah, the front desk lady offered us a snack from the "marketplace", to make up for the window debacle. It didnt.....

Previously used constrtuction materials were strewn outside our window. The thermostat in our room had to be turned up to 80 degrees to keep us from freezeing. Had to ask two staff members to get the "new" tv to work. The breakfast looked and tasted like a robot put it together. It is like baking a cake the outside (new carpet and freshly painted walls) doesn't make up if the batter is bad ( the previously stated problems. The staff did ever thing they could to help us.

I had made reservation for wrong date. Manager helped with my problem and got my reservation corrected to my complete satisfaction. Staff were friendly and helpful on check-in and throughout the three night stay.
