Great Staff! Good location

Good mid range place to stay. But it was the staff that made the stay excellent. Extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. Room was clean and well stocked. I booked the suite, because I like a place to sit down besides the bed, with a river view. It was very nice.

Breakfast was horrible, but that is my only complaint. Although this didn't happen tome it did to other folks that I noticed while making my way through the lobby. There are 2 Holiday Inn's literally 1 block away from each other. Make sure you put the actually address in the GPS and NOT the Hotel name. It will take you to the wrong Holiday Inn.

Our stay was a disappointment.

The room we had the tub didn't drain properly and the toilet took forever to flush. The sent maintenance to fix it to no avail. Didn't offer another room or anything 😕 it was my husband's birthday trip and we were very hurtful. Then when we were leaving the Clerk told us they need to replace the entire drain on the 4th floor. Room 402 was awful 😖

Everything was horrible because our room wasn't accommodating. We had to do to a friend's house to take a shower 🚿

It was comfortable and a good value. No frills although just right for our needs. I loved watching the city and river from our room. It was extremely convenient (walkable) to historic downtown and a variety of fast food restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a great bonus. The room was clean and had plenty of space. It was a good stop for us to break up long holiday travel and we are likely to visit there again. It was very quiet

It was a good choice, and I would stay again.

The room was clean and everything worked well (though I did not try the TV). There was a microwave and refrigerator that I did use. The internet worked well. Breakfast was pretty good (other than eggs), and it was different each day. The pancake machine was really cool. The biscuits were great and so were the warm cinnamon rolls. I also found that although the neighborhood- liquor store under the high way was questionable- I did not see any people that concerned me, it was a short walk to a commercial area with lost of restaurants, and when I found my way to get beyond the wall separating the hotel from the riverfront (it was not far), that there was a long and well maintained sidewalk and trail riverwalk that went for miles in one direction as long as you didn't let the grafitti art on the back side of the wall deter you. My key card worked well and did not have any demagnetization issues.

On the first evening some of the other guests were a little loud in a nearby room- perhaps they had the door open, and kids were perhaps being difficult. But other than that it was quiet. I would have liked a hot tub with the pool, but I didn't have that expectation either. I didn't really like that the airconditioner/heat unit was right next to the desk and continously blew air when I was working there, making it a little uncomfortable. The fan could not be turned off- but the room was always a comfortable and adjustable temperature.

SHORT STAY WITH A BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!

I didn’t like that the hotel was located on the same parking lot as a liquor store also the hotel itself was decent but the bathroom tub was not cleaned well hair was still on the shower wall when we arrived I always clean before getting into the shower at hotel so it was a noticeable difference after I cleaned All the juice at breakfast was watered down… The biggest issue was the hotel charged my credit card for a night that was already paid for in advance and when I called about it the manager on duty told me mistakes happen and what do I want her to do about it very unprofessional response to a issue they caused I was livid I will not stay at that location again

The front desk staff, breakfast workers and the housekeeping staff were 100+ friendly and cordial.

The breakfast had a large variety of foods to accommodate everyone. The employees working the area were extremely friendly and kept the are clean. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable.

Only thing I noticed in our room was the bathroom smelled a little musty. Having an exhaust fan would help that.

We will definitely stay at this hotel next time we're in Cincinnati.

Check in staff member (Beth) was very friendly and helpful. Gave us several tips about going to and from the Reds game. All staff members we came in contact with, including housekeeping, were friendly and accommodating.

The deck around the pool was very slippery and dangerous. I have mobility problems and felt very unsafe walking around. I saw children slipping, too.

Clean hotel and friendly staff

Very relaxed atmosphere. Stayed in double queen suite. It was big and spacious. I've worked in housekeeping for 10+ years in various facilities , including as a Housekeeping Supervisor at a hotel , and can say that the beds were made to perfection here and room was clean. Housekeeping is doing an excellent job and is definitely not for the weak. The staff all looked like they all enjoyed working there. Front desk was friendly and helpful with questions. Housekeeping was great !
