Breakfast was good. However, I thought breakfast was included with the stay. The attendant said breakfast was not included but gave me a voucher anyway. This was very kind of her.

The room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable. But the highlight of the trip was the food and the restaurant. The first night I had the homemade chicken soup and it was just fabulous. The next morning I had eggs and bacon and everything was cooked exactly the way I like it and it was just delicious. But the homemade chicken soup was outstanding.

Definitely high on my list to return and enjoy the facilities.

Very modern and updated with a Starbucks as an added bonus. The room was also modern, spacious and quiet which is important for us. I loved the convenience of the mini fridge and microwave so if we don't feel like going out, we can enjoy a meal in the room. So thoughtful to have 2 chairs in the room, 1 at the desk and the other a comfortable lounge chair and ottoman. The gym is amazing, love it. The location is perfect just 8 minutes to the airport.

I had a short but sweet stay at Marriott Courtyard.

Managers, staff, shuttle drivers were all exceptionally professional, kind and courteous - even when faced with some challenging guests. Because of a mix-up related to the shuttle, the manager very generously let me take my pick of floors. The room was quite comfortable. Grateful that it had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker, as I had a very short stay, with a very early departure. It was nice to be able to heat and eat food/beverages I'd brought. Kudos on encouraging recycling by having a small receptacle in the room.

The only issue I had was in relation to CVG shuttle service. I wasn't aware that there were three Marriotts near CVG - Marriott Cincinnati, Marriott Residence and Marriott Courtyard. I was booked at Courtyard, and though the first shuttle driver specified his route as Marriott Cincinnati, my only understanding was Marriott - not knowing there were three nearby Marriotts , so I arrived at the wrong location which wasn't confirmed until I was at the Marriott Cincinnati front desk. There, I was told that the Courtyard shuttle couldn't pick up from the Cincinnati hotel, so I would have to take their shuttle back to CVG. Yet, they kindly called Courtyard for a CVG pickup. Apparently, the Courtyard shuttle driver got the call for my pickup and went through much traffic to collect me from the Cincinnati hotel, then discovered I was at CVG. So, there were delays and confusion, but beyond, all was well. Simply a note of caution to future travelers to show your booking confirmation with CVG's Marriott shuttle drivers to ensure a smoother start - and once checked in, get yourself on the return shuttle list. My 5AM shuttle back to CVG was at capacity

Never again at a Courtyard.

The breakfast was too expensive. The prices of items in the pantry were too expensive.

It’s an embarrassment to charge guests $ 4.00 for a cup of coffee plus tax if they don’t get up before 6:30 am. Every hotel I stay at offers free brewed coffee and some offer Starbucks. I know there was a coffee brewer in the room, but who would use that? Based on the cleanliness, I wouldn’t. I hate to be gouged.
