Unique hotel. Everything was excellent

Great location in the OTR area. So unique with each room named and furnished.after a composer. So special.Staff was accommodating.

Room was very dusty, could hear everything in the hall. I was told that i shold receive a welcome text. Never did. Kept the room clean and never received the $50 fee back. N̈n̈mmn̈nmn̈ml mm mm kn nǰ̣hi

Security issues: There was a inch or more gap under my door--within view of my bed. Anyone could easily put their phone under my door and watch me in my bed. The only lock on my door was the one on the door knob. No dead bolt, no chain. As a single woman I did not feel like safety was a priority. There were shades on the windows so I woke up early because of light. For these reasons I probably wouldn't stay there again. The staff was great and helpful. Great, fun, walkable area.

The Symphony Hotel is a few minutes’ walk from various arts venues, and its musical ambiance—classical in theme, live jazz in the evenings—sets the tone perfectly for those in town for a concert or play or exhibit. The staff are exceedingly helpful, the rooms and restaurant are richly appointed and squeaky clean, and the whole experience is carried off with panache.

The property is incredible. The decor, history, ambience, and staff can't be beat. I can't wait to come back and stay again. The room had every amenity imaginable, and was very comfortable. The dedicated parking garage was a great feature and even has chandeliers in it! My only issue wasn't with the hotel, it was trying to drive around the area. I suggest parking you car in the beautiful parking garage for your stay then walk or take public transportation (very convenient). This property is a must stay!!!

A really nice, small, and convenient hotel for the Music Hall and Vine Street. A few minor issues (a squeaky old bed, no shampoo in the shampoo holder, basic free breakfast, and quite expensive), but overall, a great place to stay. There is no elevator, so you have to climb the stairs. Great chandeliers in the parking garage.

A beautiful place right next to Music Hall and Washington Park!

This is a small intimate hotel. They have an off site parking garage. I didn’t eat at their restaurant but it is fine dining area. They have a small bar and certain days of the week have a small jazz band. The overall atmosphere is cozy. They don’t have a big staff so you have to text the staff and they will respond to you. It’s sorta like going to your relatives house. Not quite a bed and breakfast but close to it.

Property was very clean and comfortable, Ashlynn, the innkeeper was very friendly and helpful. Our stay was delightful!

This hotel was simply great!. Great location to many restaurants, park and shopping. It was a unique boutique hotel with great friendly staff. Room and bed was super clean and comfortable. This is a small boutique hotel with great old building charm. Don't expect room service or concierge service. It was a Great hotel and we had an outstanding stay at this place.

Great Hotel with friendly staff, and you can’t beat the proximity to TQL Stadium and downtown Cincinnati.

Loved the hotel especially since it is next to the Music Hall where we attended à splendid performance of Rigoletto.

Rooms are individualized and very comfortable. We stayed in the Copland Room. Bed was excellent. The entire experience was fun and personal. We had after dinner drinks and desert at the bar before bed. There is a roof top area to sit outside. It was a cool place to hang out at night. Highly recommend!

The adjective “charming” is too weak to describe this hotel’s rooms and common areas. They transport you agreeably to the late 1800’s. And the location is terrific, a short walk to Vine Street with its Over the Rhine storefronts, now filled with an eclectic assortment of shops and restaurants. There is a happy energy to the neighborhood.

Perfect stay, was just as listed, the jazz band was fantastic. It such a great stay we will be back anytime we are in Cincinnati again.

Perfect spot for seeing a show at the Opera House right across the street. Easy, locked, spacious parking garage. Plenty of places to eat / drink in walking distance.We want to come back when their restaurant in house is open.

The room was smaller than expected, and all the noise from outside came in. I stayed there for New Year's, but not only could I hear the sounds of the celebration, I could also hear every step and conversation of people walking in the hallway. The fire alarm went off at night, and a manager (I assume it was the hotel manager) was running through the hallway, asking, 'Is everyone okay in here?!' That seemed like an unusual fire safety procedure.

It’s an amazing spot!

The hotel is very unique and more like a VRBO then hotel. I really liked the decor and classical music themed rooms. My only "want" that was not available was a workout room. However, based on what the hotel is designed for, I completely understand the reason behind it. Easy access to restaurants, bars and the entire downtown area. If you are looking for a non-traditional hotel, this is just the place for you.

Very cool old hotel with unique rooms… we stayed in the Bach room and enjoyed our check-in experience and the room itself during our short stay. However, we were awakened at 7:15am to loud drilling or sawing in the room next to us just on the other side of our bedroom wall… it went on for 30 minutes or so. All in all (other than that) would recommend staying here.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Cincinnati Music Hall. Had tickets to the symphony. The location was perfect. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was just okay.

Great experience! It’s a small 9 room hotel on the outskirts of OTR near Findlay Market. The check in is atypical of a hotel and more of a bed and breakfast. There aren’t room numbers, but room names, and I stayed in the Schubert. The room was comfortable and despite my lack of pictures, there is an in room bathroom. The color palette was rich and inviting, with little trinkets aligning to the theme sprinkled throughout the room.The hotel has 3 floors without an elevator. There is an outdoor deck and a first floor restaurant, Vivaldi. There is a small food menu, but a vast liquor/ wine selection. There was a live jazz band as well. The parking garage is about a block away, so please be prepared for that journey. The garage is secured and well-lit, with 2 beautiful massive chandeliers. My only complaints are: there needs to be a surge protector in the room, as if you have more than one item to charge, you have to hunt and move furniture to get access to an outlet. The complimentary breakfast is meh, and is a small fridge in the restaurant of regular store bought food. Lastly, there should be a note of how to check out in the hotel room, as the innkeepers are not available if you leave before the check out time of 11am. I had to search for how and where to leave the keys.
