Nice hotel and we would return in the future.

Roomy, big bed and nice tv. Big bathroom. Close to hospital

When I got into the shower, there was no shampoo in pump bottle. It was too late to get out and call so I could not wash my hair. Also the water pressure was not very good although the large shower faucet was nice.

Great stay as always and the staff is top notch!

Everything. Location is perfect for when in town. Hotel is safe, security at night, very comfortable. Breakfast is typical but always fresh. Breakfast staff is great and works hard to keep everything full. Front desk staff has always been awesome. Very knowledgeable about the area, super friendly. The staff is why I stay here!!!

Overall Nice Hotel

I like the location we were close to numerous shopping centers and restaurants. The breakfast was pretty much continental but tasted pretty good. The room and hotel was very clean. Customer service was good as well.

I didn’t understand why we had to pay for parking compared to other hotels though, 10 dollars a day was the best deal. Also if they had more vegan friendly options for breakfast I would have been super grateful!

Rude and dirty

The room itself was clean other then the broken bed and pop stained sheet!

One of the beds were broken. The other bed had a poop stain on the sheet. We got in late. Didn't notice the stain the the next morning. The staff was rude. Also made comments about my children. They spoke loud enough for my children to hear it!

Questionable service, but a nice room.

We always love the fresh made waffles, and the room was very clean! There was one employee that was friendly and welcoming, but I only noticed one. I wish I had asked her name!

Upon check in, I was almost charged $225 as a pet fee, and if I hadn't questioned it, that's what I would've paid. The person booking me in was also very unwelcoming and hard to talk to. She was very clear about not being happy with me questioning the price and pet policies. It was fixed, but it was a long, uncomfortable process, and I almost just had to walk away.

Clean, economical place to stay.

Room layout was pretty good--coat hooks by door, separate toilet/shower from sink, outlets for laptops on desk, two sinks, huge room. Lobby area had space for space group and individual work space.

Desk outlets were not plugged into to wall outlet-so at first they did not work. The placement of the bathroom sink faucet was bad--the water would run onto counter and then onto floor.

A little pricey, for what it was. I stayed in an Holiday Inn express in Louisville Kentucky the night before and the rooms were nice. I only paid 130 for the room.

Where it was located

I went in my room, thank goodness I put the dead bolt on the door. Some one came without knocking and open the door I said who was it, they left. Had I not had the dead bolt on, they would have came in on me.

We verbleven er 4 nachten , maar tussendoor werden de kamers niet gedaan en dus ook de ochtendkoffie op de kamer niet aangevuld . Maar dit is dan ook het enige minpuntje
