The property was in a convenient location. The parking garage was very close, which was nice.
The elevators were tricky to figure out. We did not get a heads up about them during check in, so until we figured out what we were supposed to do, it took a while to get to our room.

The location is great
The rooms are in great need of updated and honestly a thorough clean. The lighting was awful, it was so dark in the rooms.

Location was great. Bar was nice and bartender made good drinks. Room nice, bed comfortable. Valet parking very nice.
Only thing and I know these are minor but the toilet paper in our room was in such a bad location! So low and hard to reach. The tubs are strange how they curve. Makes keeping footing in them little tricky.

The parking garage attached to the hotel filled up very quickly and we were left to kind of figure out. Valet parking was offered but the price wasn’t worth it.

My wife and I are not ones to ever fill out a survey, but our experience at the Westin most definitely warrants one. We called in early to see if we could check in early and spoke on the phone with Frances who was delightful and let us know that she was looking forward to seeing us when we arrived. We made our way to the front desk and there she was with a big smile and a personality larger than life. She genuinely wanted to know why we were staying at the Westin in which we told her that we were these for nothing more than a date night. She proceeded to make several recommendation on things we could do around town but being from the area we had a good idea of what we wanted to do. WOW, we thought, we never met anyone at any hotel quite like her. What a way to make a first impression. Our room was perfect, room 515 overlooking Fountain Square and all the lights set up on it made it extra special. The room was clean and well kept. Usually you can find something wrong with the room but this room and the bathroom looked perfect. The next morning, everyone was so kind getting to the breakfast area from the chefs making our omelets to the lady making our coffees. The gentleman who cleared the table was incredibly professional and looked like he walked out of the GQ magazine with his finely pressed vest and his well groomed beard. We made sure to stop by there front desk on our way out to say goodbye to Frances who wanted to know all about our night out on the town. When we grabbed our bags and headed to the garage, the entire staff was there to say good-bye to us. My wife gave them the greatest compliment by saying, “ I feel like we are leaving family”. Truly we recommend the Westin. What an experience and to just get away from the kids and focus on us as a couple, it was a great experience. Thank you, Thank you. Thank you.
It was perfect

Advertised as parking included as an accommodation; however after booking the local hotel informed us we couldn’t park our van there because it was too tall. We had to find a new location and neither booking.com nor the hotel would confirm it was cancelled after a week of phone calls and emails. Both pointed the finger at each other saying the other had to be the one to cancel. No one was in charge.

No complaints!

Walking distance to pretty much anywhere downtown.
The bathrooms need to be updated. The coffee maker needs to be updated. I stay at many hotels as a pilot and this Westin is starting to look worn compared to others.

Great location. Helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Parking. With construction the valet told us we should park. Why have valet if they aren’t wanting to park?

Very little apart from the location
It was old and very tired. Bathrooms were a disgrace. Staff were totally indifferent verging on rude most of the time.

We got upgraded to a beautiful suite and the hotel had a great location.
Elevators were not very efficient with the system they used, a few unclean things I noticed in room but nothing very significant

No parking. Wouldn’t let me park truck. Lied about having stairs. Poor customer service

I love the location of the property next to the Square and nice restaurants. The staff was friendly as a positive atmosphere.
Parking was a little tight. The elevator from the parking area to the rooms was off the maintenance. Gentleman was kind of fixed it and it became running smoothly, but that would be the only thing I would say.

The room was spacious and had good outlets and desk space. The bed had a good mattress and comfortable linens. The location was amazing.
The room was 55 degrees when I checked in. I turned it off and it warmed up to about 66 degrees, so still uncomfortable. I left it turned off and went out for a couple of hours and when I returned, the room was back to 55 degrees. I called for assistance but no one ever came. The next day I asked the front desk for help. After that, the system stayed off and actually got up to 70 degrees. In addition, the decor is drab and outdated, and the property has a worn, 1990s feeling. I stayed here rather than in the suburbs because I wanted a posh experience, but I might as well have been at a Comfort Inn or equivalent.

Good location in the center of the city.
Valet was a disaster. The whole hotel needs an immediate makeover. Like most of Cincinnati it is stuck in the year 1982-1986.

Location was great. Had a great view from our room.
Bed was lumpy. The shower was either cold or scalding hot, no happy medium. The bathtub floor was like walking on a sponge.

Location
The website stated onsite parking and or valet services. When we arrived at 7pm the lot was full and there was no valet services available. And they said they were “upgrading” our room. It was exactly what I had booked so I’m not sure what the upgrade was. The room overlooked a street where there was a “Salsa on the Square”. Which meant music we could hear thru our windows until 11pm. 🥴

Very close walk to the Red stadium!
Allows dogs but isn’t located anywhere near a park or area for them to potty.
Bathroom doorknob old and broke and fiancé got stuck in the bathroom for 30 min while maintenance tried to get him out.
