Not sure I'd choose this location again. Kind of disappointed in Hampton.

The breakfast was good. The location just off the highway was both good (convenience wise) and bad (lots of light and noise).

There were no drapes to close out the highway lights!! Just a sheer, then floor length drapes but they didn't come all the way across the window. That's bad, folks. Also, staff wasn't particularly welcoming. Just basic.

Weekend Visiting The Kiddos

The hotel was close to our family we were visiting in Cincinnati/Silverton area. The hotel staff was friendly. The room was Huge and clean. The shower had 3!! shower heads, that was Amazing. I wish I had this at home. The parking was free which was a real plus! And the property is right next door, to the FBI Cincinnati field office, that for some reason made me feel a little bit safer, lol. The pool was nice and open until 11:00pm. It's also across the street from the Kenwood Mall and many other shopping complexes and restaurant etc.

The food at the complimentary breakfast needs a bit of an upgrade. Lumpy grits and the eggs were not tasty.

Very welcoming and friendly environment and staff. As well as accomadating to all the things to do in the area.

The property was very secure as you needed a key card to even use the elevator. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, as well as accommodating. Cassie was also amazing and sweet as well for helping me with a situation on my end.

The couch was a little uncomfortable as well as the bed. There was also a fire alarm that went off during one of the nights of my stay, as there was a small fire in a garbage outside.

Overall, it was good.

Breakfast was very good, many food choices offered. Room was clean & Spa shower was extra nice.

The bed wasn’t as firm as we need for our backs. No exhaust fan in the bathroom causes too much humidity if you take hot showers.

Breakfast was fine. The bathroom was really nicely, laid out and very clean.

This may seem small, but mattered for me. The box of Kleenex had three crumbled up Kleenexes in it, and then that was it. This time of year my nose runs a lot! Seemed like an easy fix that was neglected.

A wonderful stay in kenwood

The staff was friendly/helpful. The room was clean and smelled great. The hotel was easy to get to and conveniently located. Appreciated having to use a key card to use the elevator beyond the first floor.

I would have preferred for all side entrances to be locked with key card entry at all times. The room only had a shower with glass doors, although nice they seemed to leak a bit.

The TV is s not working, so we called the front desk. We were first put on hold for several minutes, so we hung up. Called again, it was picked up after about 10 rings, and the front desk replied that someone would be sent to the room to check. No one ever came. Went to breakfast at 7:00 am one morning, but the coffee and hot water were cold, which can only mean that they were left from the previous night. No new batch is served. The person in charge of breakfast needs to do the job better!

Fantastic hotel!

Lovely big room. The shower was fantastic and the complimentary shower gel and shampoo were amazing! Breakfast was great and loads of choice. All the staff we dealt with were lovely and made us feel very welcome!

Less than desirable.

Very disappointed in this hotel, the bedding wasn’t clean, it had several pieces of hair in it. The person at the front desk apologized, gave us clean sheets for US to change, we went back to our room and discovered the new set was even worse!! Soiled and thin and bare threads. Went back to front desk, got another set, went back to room and they were the wrong size. Went back and got a 3rd set, and made our own bed. VERY poor customer service. Person at front desk said he was alone. A hotel should not have ONE employee in it. The “guarantee slogan” was not at all upheld.
