There were stains on the blankets of human fluids, when asked for a new blanket it took them two hours to bring one. Staff was rude. We ended up checking out three hours after checking in. this place was disgusting.

I liked that is was near stores and restaurants.

The property itself looked and felt sketchy. There was not a lot of lighting in the parking lot. The halls smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. The beds were hard as boards. The bathtub sink was leaking and had paint peeling from the tub itself. We were never given a WiFi password and one labeled “Quality Inn” never popped up. There was very poor lighting in the room, even during the day with the curtains open. The phone did not work; yes it was plugged in. The tv was super small, which was inconvenient. We were also told by the front desk that we had to find housekeeping to get new towels and no one was around. We did eventually find someone but it was later on.

The staff and location is great and normally the rooms r great too but not this past stay

Are room was not clean, the window was broke, we found glass in bathroom, blankets had burn holes in them and were very small like throws not even blankets and the wall looked like someone let a drink explode on it. We asked for another room and was told they were sold out.

The room had a strong musty smell. It was hard to sleep because the smell was so strong. The lamp shades were stained and dusty. The door to the room was buckled like it had water damage at some point. The WiFi was awful to the point we just turned off the tv. The breakfast choices were not good and there was a sign that said you could not take your food back to the room. The worst hotel I have ever been in. Will never go back

The facility needs to be updated and remodeled. The furniture in my room was in disrepair. The breakfast wasn't what I'm used to at a hotel. It didn't offer anything hot except waffles. No orange juice.

I had a pretty good experience for my first time visiting the area.

I was very comfortable there and the staff were very helpful and polite when we had questions. There was also lots to do in the area! Did not get to try breakfast since I woke up too late, but I was looking forward to it.

I've never been to the area before so I was a bit lost. Luckily, everyone was very helpful. Between the two rooms, one had carpet and one had hardwood, which I thought was interesting, but I preferred carpet.

The property smells, you could smell weed and dirty pine spray as soon as you walked in the door. The location was in a very bad part of town. And the money was no refundable even though I never ended up checking in due to how disgusted I was upon arrival.

The price was ok but I have paid the same price for a better quality stay at yhe embassy or Hilton.

My comforter was damp. The air quality was not the best. The air had alot of moisture in it a sticky wet feel, like a wet basement. The floor felt sticky and damp. Humidifiers lined the hallway to absorb the moisture. The towels were dingy white and we didn't have a iron in the room. Not a hotel I would recommend .

The online pictures and the location.

Upon arrival, an alarm had gone off. The staff on duty worked very quickly to disable it/turn it off. At which point another staff member arrived. The first staff member left and the second one checked me in,. I asked what the alarm was, staff said it was a smoke/fire alarm, but everything was OK Multiple floor is not elevators. It appeared to not happen. The linen filthy including visible stains. The carpet was visibly dirty and smelled damp/mail dude. The walls had hose in them. The towels were stained. The lamp fixtures were rusted. The USB ports did not work. The mirror in the bathroom was partially detached from the wall. The bathroom door did not close without having to lift it. The hallway is also smelled like smoke. There was also a very strong possibility of bugs. The person I was traveling with said there were bedbugs. I decided to check out. The staff on duty appeared to feel bad about me wanting to check out then offer me another room. I booked for a double queen and a staff member ended up switching me to the suite. The suite had one king and a sofa bed. Before moving my things, I looked over the room. And, although it was not the cleanest room, it was a lot better than the previous room. By this point, it was very late and I was exhausted and I opted to stay in this suite.. A remote did not work.

No one should stay here, booking.com should be ashamed at even offering this place. In the 20+ years I’ve booked rooms at cheap smoking hotels, this is the first one my husband and I literally fled!!! We didn’t even bother to ask for a refund, we had to leave for our safety. This place is vile, no one should stay here. Smelling weed & nasty rooms is the least of worries here, this place needs to be shut down & investigated for prostitution and fentanyl. There is some major BAD things here, please don’t risk it.

This mostly goes under what we did not like, it cut off my characters. We arrived later than planned due to traffic, I was able to extend our check in time through the booking app, it was quickly approved. The area was rather sketchy, there were several questionable characters out side around the hotel and in the parking lot, as well as while walking down the hall to our room. When checking in, the host was not friendly, he seems rather annoyed that we were checking in so late. When I asked him to run the card I have on file through booking, he ran the wrong card, even after I confirmed the last four numbers, which led to the payment declining and he was even more rude after that, because I had to make a call, turns out, he ran the wrong card anyway, he did not run the card that I confirmed the numbers for. We reserved a king non smoking room, with a whirlpool tub. Coming down the hallway, there were lots of odd smells, pot, cigarettes' smoke, incense, and some bad smelling scents, unsure what they were. Entering our room, it had a musty smell, but also smelled like pot. We stripped the bed down and found stains & cigarette burns on the mattress, the mattress cover and the second mattress cover. The top sheet & comforter seemed ok. We found food and coins in the pull out couch, and the microwave was dirty. The wall in the bathroom with the towel rack had something on it, like it was not cleaned properly, we did not touch it.

The towel rack was already loose. On Saturday night our children joined us, after being on a school trip at King's Island. When we asked for more blankets and towels for the pull out ( there weren't any originally even there) we were asked "tonight?" No, we wanted to wait til tomorrow morning to get them when we are leaving.. they also had issues with us asking for more towels, because we already had a set in the room, they said. When the towels were brought to the room, the guy opened the door with his key with no knocking or anything. We packed up Sunday morning to head out. The same guy was at the desk that checked us in- still just as rude, when I asked for a receipt he told me he couldn't print me one since I used booking.com. All in all, the price was great, the whirlpool tub (which was our reason for even choosing this place was great) but the rest I could have gone without and we were not in a position to just pack up and leave to another hotel. There was zero courtesy in our stay and that is just unacceptable. Will not stay here again. I would rather sleep in my car.

It was close to my nieces home.

One of the rooms was ok, except I could not lock the sliding door to outside. On the main floor the hallway smelled like marijuana and was musty. Another room, the bed was hard. Almost like sleeping on a box spring. The last room was like a greenhouse. It was wet, muggy and there was mold.
