Beautiful lobby, friendly and professional front desk. Clean room, safe area, plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Not clean. Toilet stayed running.

Check in was slow. Clerk was hard to understand. Initially checked us into a room that wasn’t clean or was already occupied as there was trash in the cans and the beds were not made. Breakfast item has nothing healthy. A carb filled bread items. Nothing healthy. No fruit.

The whole hotel smells like an old musty basement that has been unoccupied for years. The first room we were put in had mold on the mattress cover, holes in the wall patched with tape, giant house centipede dead in the corner, and dust on the dresser like it hadn’t been cleaned.

The room was quiet and spacious. The breakfast and coffee were below expected in choice and quality. The management would not send an item left in my room. This was not good customer service.

Disappointed when arrived rooms were dirty washrooms dirty smelled like mold could hear people next to us really loud wifi didn’t work in the room tv remote didn’t work most of the time just a really bad experience

Shower not clean; candy wrapper and a chunk of soap stuck in drain. Green finger paint in tub. Wall plates cracked; large smoke stain coming out of electrical socket. Walls very dirty; metal fixtures in bathroom rusting/corroding. Floors extremely dirty. Curtain does not completely close. Very dim lighting in room. A large round smoke stain on the ceiling. TV did not work. However, the staff is pleasant. Will never stay in a Quality Inn ever again; absolutely never.

Not too many choices for breakfast. There is no elevator for customer use so you have to use the stairs. Was ok since we just stayed 1 night.

The room's lighting was poor. We had one lamp for the room itself. The lighting in the bathroom was better. The tub was stained and appeared dirty in nature. There was a stale odor in the room althought the hallway was pleasant in terms of the scent. Upgrades are definitely needed.

Something is in the air that makes it’s hard to breathe.

It smelled so bad. They over use air fresheners that gave my son and I headaches. We could not wait to leave.

It was ok not that bad, the heater didnt work and the toilet was stopped up and kept running over after telling them several times. Flooring was coming up which was a bit of a harzard. Other then that im grateful it wasnt any bugs or anything. It was a safe place to sleep.

Water for shower would not get warm, the entrance and hallways had very strong odor of febreeze or something similar, instant headache. Breakfast was good quality

Stained walls, stained lamp shades, potential blood on the shower curtain, room was musty, mold on the ceiling in the shower, duck tape on the shower head, hair in the blow dryer, 3 of the 4 towels in the bathroom had stains on them my wife and I had to share the only clean towel. We almost stayed in our car. Would not recommend to anyone. Not even my greatest enemy. Wish I could get my money back.

In case of an emergency yes other than that NO !!!

What i like: Plenty of room. Good coffee. Friendly staff. Bed comfortable. Didnt like: Some stains on bedding , floor is dirty, my feet got filthy. Need hand rail to get out of shower. Different shower curtain, water got on the floor.

I was told we could have early checkin at 1pm. Got there and was told we had to wait till 3pm when normal check in is. Then at 3 we were told they were full the night before so no rooms ready. Only when i said i wanted to cancel did they get a room ready. But worth the wait. Clean. Comfy. Only bad remark is they allow some shady people to sit outside at night and they were asking for money snd cigarettes.

The room floor was absolutely filthy. I could not walk on it in bare feet without my feet becoming disgustingly dirty. The bed was not comfortable bathtub flooring was extremely slick. I will never return to this hotel.

They did not have a clean room, tried to substitute the room with a room out the 80s. When I got to the door the room was open, when I walked in the sheets were made but when pulled back they weren’t clean and with the burnholes and price of over $100 a night I got out as fast as I could. They also lied about my refund and this place should be condemned

Have to ask for more towels when staying multiple nights, beds are lightweight, essentially roll aways, which would be fine but they’re surrounded by noisy metal panels that sound like a dumpster lid slamming in the distance all night when you roll over, get up to go to the bathroom, etc. Room keys deactivated every morning. No accessibility, stairs to everything, even first floor rooms. No elevator either. No braille wall plates. Parking lot sign says to park at your own risk, came out to trash set on and against my car repeatedly. The halls reek like cheap cologne, and the front doors are right next to a bar that reeks of booze and weed.

They said Breakfast included I'll say a half Breakfast or incomplete

There was hair in the shower. The floors were kind of slippery, don’t know what was making it slippery (dirty, cleaning product)?? Weird smell all throughout the building.

My stay was good starting off. The allowed me to check out a little later than usual. I appreciate that.

Affordable hotel close to where I was doing training for work. Older, but clean. They are obviously working to mitigate the smell and humidity problem mentioned in previous reviews and I have no complaints about either of these issues as a result of the mitigation measures they've put in place. Breakfast was unimpressive but I suppose it would work in a pinch. Pool area looked nice, but I was too busy to enjoy it. Its not the Ritz, but if you need a clean, cheap place to lay your head this will serve the purpose.

Breakfast of fruit loops danimals and about nothing else in my opinion really doesn’t equate to breakfast! There were waffles!

I’d advise no one to stay at this hotel. I travel multiple times a month at budget friendly hotels. This one I paid 441.00 for two nights! Rooms were uncleaned and dark with no good lighting which hide the uncleanliness of the hotel. They have humidifiers with air fresheners in halls to cover up the musty scents as you walk down the halls. After 3 different rooms for a two night stay I would not advise anyone to stay here. 1st room the mattress was covered with a mattress cover but under the top sheet there were food crumbs and pubic hair along with stains on the actual mattresses. I immediately asked for a new room and was given a new one. 2nd room dark we was ok originally until we came back after being out late and woke up to the room being hot because the air went out throughout the night. After getting up to use the bathroom I slipped and fell hitting my head on wall due to the moisture that had formed on the floor. I immediately went to the front and let person know Dawn an employee came down checked room and also said yes it’s extremely hot she told the other employees about it. As we walked back up to the front I noticed there was rooms empty house keeping was cleaning I asked if we could be moved to another room because Dawn had offered to fix the air conditioner but said it would be a few hours( on vacation why should we have to wait or have it interrupted due to this). No more room to type so… hotel.com should take this off your app! Jiggs and Zapp employees

This hotel was very dirty. There was hair in the shower dirt on the floors. When they served breakfast was told that no food was allowed to go to your room and the food did not look edible at all. There was a chair outside of the pool under a tree and I was using it so I could watch my grandson swim without getting in the sun which makes me sick and I was told that was unacceptable. I would completely pass on booking a room here.

The check-in and out process was easy. The building is an older hotel. Location is ok, as a solo traveler it was fine, however I wouldn't bring my family to stay here. The room had no carpet, the floor was very slick as I had to be careful walking so as not to slip. My white socks were black on the bottom from walking around the room. Wi-Fi was scetchy. It took a couple days before the hotel WiFi appeared in my list of available connections. No password given at check-in to connect, you have to call to get it. Cellular data connection was spotty in the room. The continental breakfast wasn't that appealing. You had juices, cereal, yogurt, a waffle making machine, some fruit, that's about it. The pool was decent, though I did not use it. Again as a solo traveler needing a place for a couple days and not needing much immentities, it served the purpose.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke and moisture-ridden construction material.

I got a smoking room and when we got up to the room we noticed there were burn holes in the blankets on both beds. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. The floor was dry but slick, my daughter fell twice. I went to request different blankets and the guy behind the desk stated they may not have any since they don’t change linen for 4-5 days between clients. So the bedding was used when we checked in. I requested a refund and we went to the Hilton garden in.
