Needs attention

The location is great and the hotel is very quiet.Despite being right by the airport

This is a beautiful older classic Marriott property and has traditionally been very upscale and nicely kept. However, it is now filthy. The carpets need to be cleaned. The room furniture is all beat up. And it's just dirty my room had cobwebs, drips of liquids on the furniture and the walls, toothpaste on the bathroom floor and more-- it's beginning to look shabby and worn it needs an upgrade. Disappointing.

Marriott cin is

There was a card in our room that, if you scanned the QR code supplied, took me to Aurayga.com. i thought I needed to fill out the questions in order to get the food menu, but, it directed me to A YOGA SITE!!! Now, uh!! I just wanted to get dinner!! Check your QR codes. I do believe this should be refunded. BTW, since THAT wasn't successful, we walked over to the Bar & Kitchen and enjoyed one of the best meals and best service of our entire 10 day trip. They are certainly an asset to your hotel.

It was OK, but lots of shortcomings for a Marriott.

Nice staff. Room was fine. Bed was comfortable.

The inside of the ice bucket lid was FILTHY. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. I even triggered the ground fault switch. No luck. Coffee maker had no piece to hold the actual filter. The hair dryer bag was filthy and dryer was very beat-up. I have photos if that would be helpful.

Room was great. Was only there for 3 hours to sleep. Wish I could have stayed until check out time.

Left to early for breakfast, but had coffee, it was good.

Entire facility is in need of a deep cleaning and possibly staff that knows how to clean. Also, the pillows and bed were both awful.

Nothing against the chain, but why would you stay here?

Seems relatively new. Clean and modern.

Pay for Wi-Fi!! No coffee station in lobby at checkout. Large room but TV does not rotate for better viewing angle. Located in the middle of nowhere. Really!!! Nothing around the hotel but airport parking lots and warehouses. No room service menu in room. No decaf with coffee machine. The nearest and best restaurant in Hebron (a ten minutes drive)- a "Fireman's Sub" chain. Why would anyone stay here? Why did I?
