Location was perfectly centralized for the purpose of our visit. My 17 and 13 year old daughters and I are here for a University of Cincinnati tour for the oldest.

NOISE. We were looking forward to some R&R while here after our long drive and HORRIBLE start to our trip. Woken up several times in the middle of the night to a crying baby. Then at 5am the toddlers must have been set free because the cupboard doors were screaming for help in other rooms from being slammed LOL!!! Grandpa yelling at them to stop probably because it was Grandma’s turn to get ready! (Great family… checked in when we did) Look, I’m obviously a parent and I’ve been there. But as a hotel manager, you have to make sure you are double checking room locations for your guests, especially when they are booked through apps and not directly through you. It’s obvious, well hopefully, that my 17 year old is not going to be bouncing a ball off the walls at 7am while waiting ever so patiently (trying to be nice at this point LOLOL) for Granny to get ready to go down for breakfast. Please do NOT put us near chaos next time!! OH, one more thing.. housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:15am when I finally had a little silence…. Aaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh. I just wanted a little sleep!!!

It was decent but won't be coming again to stay

Property felt safe and well lit up , it was clean inside and out, pool was very nice

10$ to park They hold 25$ as a charge and you get 15$ back. 10$ for breakfast , I didn't arrive till after the reds game on Saturday Evening, they had a 50th high school reunion and I'm assuming was sold out, my room was downgraded from a king to a 2 queen bed without any info given or price difference given, Btw the package on booking that is shown with the early check-in late check out a $25 property credit , clearly shows all of it , they deny it exists , I was given a 12pm checkout. This stay was okay and I felt safe but I will not be coming back to this hotel

It was a decent stay except for the breakfast issue.

The receptionist was very nice. Jas was very sweet. The room was nice.

The biggest issue I had was the lady at the breakfast area. I have never been to a breakfast like this so I wanted some info. She was very rude and told me, “what is the issue. It’s a buffet and that’s it.” I was stunned! Then while we sat down eating a young African American boy came down and all of a sudden they made him fresh hot waffles! That was never offered to us or others around us. Then more African American kids came down and the same thing happened. I actually felt like it was a racial issue.

Bad Room

It was my 1st Hilton stay and for the money paid we were extremely disappointed. The rooms temp when we entered was 66 degrees and we couldn't control the temp as the heat didn't work, as well the refrigerators temperature control knob was broken and two of the lights in the room were inoperable. As far as I could tell the refrigerator didnt work! We contacted the desk twice to know real resolution, the clerk didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. The 3rd time I contacted the desk was in person, I was upset and we were exhausted after a full day on the road. I was then assigned another room after a hour and a half of freezing and supposed heating and air conditioning resets at 1:30 in the morning.

I didn't like that the desk person didn't do something more than reset the system twice. He didn't seem to have any regard for the issue and never checked to see if in fact the heating and air conditioning got fixed. He was also non-apologetic! As well, a manager was suppose to contact me and I haven't heard from ANYONE! The issues I encountered should have been caught on daily inspection.

A clean and stocked room is a minimum standard

Waiting in line twice then only to find the room key didn’t work I also found myself in a handicap room that had not been serviced. Waste in the toilet and no soap was awful and was too late to change rooms. When using the shower in a tub with all the handicap attachments made it very difficult to safely shower. Also I had to wait for the soap and bottle water and for my key as there was only one person on staff

The rooms was clean.

I literally had no key to my room. Staff was fixing stuff on their end and I had them let me in the room bc they couldn’t provide me a key at the time of checkin. When I went to car to get my stuff I had to put a trash can in front of my room door so I could get back in my room. Again no room key for 2 hours into stay. I had things to go. I had no key. For the price I paid that was not called for or normal. It is not my problem they had problems with the keys. I paid for my Room

I did like the pool, fitness area, the front desk people. The keyless entry was nice

The parking garage needs cameras or security The first night there multiple rentals were broke into & vandalized including mine Dealing with a family death & this unfortunate event made the stay in Cincinnati worse. Need a bigger parking lot upstairs The $3 small bowl of cereal was definitely over priced. So I was definitely disappointed with breakfast

Better directional signs would be helpful. The pre-paid breakfast was odd. You weren’t allowed to get your own food. That was uncomfortable. Lots of employees hanging out at the front desk.

Things I did NOT like!! Room was not available at check in time When we finally got the room 7:30 pm, the floor in entryway was sticky. Room 209 was noisy I believe due to heating / air conditioning units on roof outside our window.

I'd stay here again if ever I needed a hotel room in Cincinnati.

I did not make it to breakfast unfortunately so I can't speak on it but we had a problem with the safe in our room and the front desk sent help immediately to resolve the problem. The staff was helpful and friendly. I was happy to see a coffee maker in my room since they aren't being put in the rooms at all hotels as they once were.
