Absolutely fantastic.

The hotel is wonderful, as is the value. What really impressed me was the staff being so helpful, sweet and funny. It was such a welcoming and comfortable place to be. I will be back next October!

This was a good choice for our two day trip. Close to the ballpark, restaurants and church.

The breakfast was nice. They could use a second toaster. The staff was so friendly, everyone said hello and was smiling. The valet, Jamal was very friendly. We spoke to him on Saturday when we checked in and on Sunday, he remembered our names when we asked him a question! If you’re staying for more than a night, the room would be a good pick because of the kitchenette. It was nicely stocked for a short stay.

A comfortable, but slightly noisy stay in downtown Cincinnati.

The hotel seemed clean and secure. Anyone staying should be reminded to never leave your room without your keycard. You need to understand that every door in the hotel requires a keycard to enter including the elevator... The complimentary breakfast was adequate, and the coffee was pretty good.

I really only had 2 things that i didn't care for, but to be fair there isn't much that can be done about either one. First, the hotel does not have any parking spaces. They offer valet parking at a relatively expensive rate. So guests are left to fend for themselves when traveling in a car. The second thing is the noise. We had a room on the 3rd floor over-looking 7th St. The traffic noise was very loud and I was very concerned that I might not get a wink of sleep but I guess I was tired enough that I fell asleep and was only awoke a couple times. But light sleepers beware and bring earplugs.

Good location - Friendly staff

The room had enough dishware and towels for four people and included a kitchenette. Additionally, there was a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and a toaster! The couch had a pull-out bed which I did not need, but would be enough to house the two extra people we had items for. The breakfast was also a nice addition and a great way to start the morning.

Room 317 had a refrigerator which would make a pulsating, squealing noise most of the time, including through the night. I can remember hearing it in my dreams the first night and waking up to hear it in reality as well. The cabinets under the sink would clip each other unless closed simultaneously. Similarly, the seat in the shower would clip the hand rail. None of those were severe issues, but small inconveniences. The loud refrigerator was much worse.

Overall the hotel met our expectations. Monte’s at front desk was exceptional and very informative.

Clean and comfortable hotel in Downtown Cincinnati.

Just a short walk to the ballpark. Quiet room and the street view was nice enough. Included breakfast was good. The valet literally took off running to get me my car, which was wasn’t necessary, but I can certainly appreciate her effort. I will likely come back and stay again.

Mrs. Matheia(front desk clerk) was amazing energetic and greeted us with a contagious smile and made us feel welcomed. The valet lady (music earrings) was friendly, trustworthy and explained how the valet worked and made us feel comfortable with our vehicle being parked by her. The breakfast was great the room was spacious and beautiful. We were able to accommodate our family comfortably and still have room.

Wonderful stay on Reds Opening Day

We arrived while the parade was still going on. The wonderful woman at the desk sent valet to the barricade to get our car and we were able to get checked in while the car got parked. Valet driver was wonderful!
