The front desk person was really good at her jo, along with a friendly smile. The rooms were clean comfortable and up-to-date.

The breakfast crew was great, the breakfast was not. The homewood side was closed so it was the Hampton breakfast, and unfortunately a large part of why we chose Homewood was the breakfast. The desk crew seems bothered every time we interacted with them, and we do not ask a lot. The housekeeping staff was very Fri fly. The last night our AC went out in the middle of the night - I told the front desk early in the morning, no one came to our room until 10 minutes before checkout.
