The bed was comfortable. The staff member at breakfast was so nice. He changed the TV so we could watch the USA gold medal hockey game. He was the best part of the stay. Breakfast was just okay.
I requested a room with a skyline view and did not receive that. They had me wait an additional hour before I could get in a room that had a partial view but never called me to tell me it was ready. I waited and waited and finally called the front desk and they said I could come down. There was construction being done in the lobby and the smell of chemicals was very strong. My partner had a hard time breathing from the fumes. The rooms are old and the bathroom door had to be closed for me to even use the restroom. The shower door hit the door so you had to walk in the bathroom, close the door and then you could open shower door. For the price I paid, and the quality I expect from a Hampton Inn, I was very disappointed. I am a Hilton Honors member and had to ask to get my waters when checking in. Breakfast was cold, the oatmeal was runny and the entire area was dirty. The valet was ridiculous. They did have 2 people working but the wait time at checkout (11:00 am) was unacceptable. As a Hilton Honors member there are lots of options to stay at hotels and after this experience, I will not return to this specific location until some improvements and upgrades have been done. The staff were not friendly when checking in, and equally as unhelpful when checking out.

Hotel staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. Room was spacious and had a neat view. I slept with the curtains open to see the skyline lights at night.
Parking was a bit of a pain as I don't like valet parking, so just used a nearby parking garage and it worked just fine. Nothing they can do about parking, as it is downtown.

Very clean and nice. In walking distance to many activities.
We went during an extremely cold time and the building is older but the room was chilly no matter how we set the heat.

Had a little trouble finding hotel … outside sign dark and vertical.

Beautiful property in downtown Cincinnati really close to everything. The King suite was absolutely amazing so much room and so nice. Hotel was very secure.
You have to take an elevator to get up to the desk and up to your room, but it was worth it being higher up because the view was nice.

Breakfast was good, staff was phenomenal, valet was phenomenal
Wish there had been more sit down restaurants family friendly around the hotel and also that it hadn’t been so cold

a shower that you wouldn't bust your butt if you fell, no safety strips on the tub, how about hot water????
every other hampton inn i've stayed at has mini fridges, why do you not??
Holes in the Curtain, Really how is one to sleep, and lets not forget the view, nothing but men working on the roof, and noise!! BAD BAD

The rooms were clean and very spacious and the employees were courteous and helpful.
Parking. It’s not as bad once you know but if you don’t valet it can be tricky getting out of the garage.
We used the digital room key, this does not work for the elevator so you’ll still need a room key!

Loved staying in Downtown, because we were able to walk to the music venue, and the restaurant we went to. It was a beautiful old building, that was renovated nicely!

There were a few people on the street that should not be on the street for public safety reasons.

Clean room
Friendly valet and all staff
Location ideal
Waited too long to get into room. Nearly 2 hours too long and it messed with our plans to drop off luggage then head to river and game. Stayed near hotel and checked on room readiness multiple times. The breakfast was slow in getting food out.

As we were attending a Reds baseball game, the hotel was in a great location within walking distance of the stadium. Arriving later in the day, self-parking was not a problem. It seemed to be in a decent area. The hotel lobby, breakfast area, and hallways were well-kept. Although the room could use some updating, it was spacious and clean. A nook contained a small refrigerator, microwave, and sink. An additional sink was separate from the tub/shower and toilet. A very nice continental breakfast was a bonus. Heather was very helpful in trying to resolve a friend's cancelation issue.
Traveling with a group of friends, I booked a suite specifically so each of us could have our own bed (2 queens + sofa bed). The sofa bed mattress was VERY thin. A good mattress topper tucked along with the extra bedding in the closet would go a long way to a more comfortable night. We had to call down for an extra blanket, as only a fitted and top sheet were found with the extra pillows, but that was easily remedied. Not so easily fixed: the fan on the air conditioner is quite loud, and the drapes do not close all the way and the shears do not block enough of the city lights to make the room truly dark.

Clean and close to venue.
First room smelled like skunk but the gave us a different room.

Choose to go to a fancy brunch elsewhere
I felt “hustled” by the valet. Later I spoke to the valet manager and he backed his employee up. I would have preferred to have the price to park a fixed price. The immediate requests for tips once I paid and again when I asked for my car soured my stay

the parking. the garage was under construction so it was very inconvenient

Building was nice, breakfast was good. Staff for breakfast was awesome, super friendly and on top of things.
NO Parking, had to pay nearly a $100 for parking and parking garage elevator was not working....the hotel should be negotiating on our behalf for reduced cost especially with the elevator being broken. Nearly 65yrs old with a knee replacement and had to carry luggage up flights of stairs.

The breakfast food was excellent. I enjoy the help from the staff in the breakfast room.
The mattress and pillows were way to soft. My wife had a sore back in the morning..I could have use a small refrigerator for left over sushi.

It was a very nice hotel.
The staff charged me $50 incidental and I used valet which was $42 they said would deduct the $42 from the $50 incidental. They didn’t they charged me $50 incidental and $42 and they never refunded me. I tried to talk to the staff and they blamed it on me.

Beautiful building. Very clean throughout. Very friendly staff. Very large selection for breakfast. Large room very spacious!

The pillows weren’t comfortable at all. The shower barely was Luke warm at best. The room wasn’t a comfortable temperature now matter how we set the thermostat, and the bath towels were stained. The ice maker didn’t work on our floor and we had to go to another floor just to get ice. The valet was the best part of our stay.

This place is amazing. We arrived at the hotel, and when getting to the lobby we were upgraded from a queen room to a queen suite. The room was spacious, and clean. The valet parking attendant was helpful. The morning for breakfast was outstanding. The attendant was friendly and even made the waffles for us. She was constantly on the go and very friendly.
Nothing.
7.0 / 10.0
mostly everything.
cleaning of the room should happen daily. It is difficult to enter a room with filled garbage bin especially when more than one person stays in a room.

Excellent location and valet service staff
Hotel staff changed the room I had reserved with no explanation, appeared annoyed when checking out, simply saying "ok" when handing over room key and stating we were checking out. Nothing else - barely looked up from computer. No hot water for 2 days, no hair dryer (wasn't needed because there was no hot water to shower), no temperature control in the room - set the thermostat to 68, and AC just kept running and getting colder to 65. Eventually turned it off entirely. Hole in the wall at thermostat.

Staff was very friendly and service dedicated ! From the valet parking to the people at the front desk to the people serving breakfast, and to a lady that made sure we knew where we were going before we left!
Weak coffee food was just ok

Booking.com double charged me for the rooms and even though I have contacted them they have not responded to my request for a credit. Will not be using Booking.com again.

Breakfast selection was nice and good variety. But slow to refill certain items despite asking. Would have also liked to have a regular coffee option , not just dark roast and decaf. Hotel location was excellent - close proximity to many areas of town and great restaurant choices.
I would have liked to have a refrigerator in the room as well as a clock. Also the bathroom did not have a fan, so it was steamy after showering. Extra roll of toilet paper was placed on a high shelf which is challenging for a petite woman of 5'1"

It’s was average, it doesn’t look like the picture at all though
It looked old, the paint was dull and it looked run down
