Location was great, Candy was amazing and helpful, valet was friendly.

Did feel the safest. They are set up to use your key to get in at night and on the elevator but anyone could walk in anytime and get on any floor. Not to mention our door wasn’t really working and if you pushed it hard it would just open

Love the location is near Bengals and red stadiums and close to Riverbend.

The parking could be better, I rather park my own car and hard to find and I got cussed out by a bus driver because the valet parking was full and no were else to park.

Best place for a ballgame stay

Katie and Bob went above and beyond to accommodate us. Excellent service top notch. Close to ballpark and the valet parking lot keeps you from needing a parking pass. Go Reds

The location.

Short staffed. The valet person was late to work and so was the person working in the restaurant. Thankfully, you have one employee (I can't remember the guy's name, he is getting ready to graduate from UC) who worked at the front desk, who went above and beyond his duties, to make up for the employees that don't show up on time. Also, you would think the Marriott would offer complimentary coffee since the rooms cost approximately $250 bucks a night!

Location.

Valet took forever to get my car. No one seemed to know what they were doing. I had to lock my car from my app because it showed unlocked after parking. TV didn't work and when they brought us a remote, it still didn't work. Shower had no pressure. Not a pleasant experience overall and I will not return.

The staff was excellent and very friendly! The staff at the lounge (bar) was very friendly and helpful as well.

The staff..

Room too dark. Could never get room temp below 76-77*. Too long for hot water to arrive. Wondered if chair was hosting flies as a couple seemed to be ever present in that vicinity. No one was maintaining the lobby coffee machine, resulting in unnecessary delays or no coffee.

The stay was over all pretty good. It was clean and the valet drivers and front desk workers were very helpful and kind.

There was a housekeeping worker throwing a huge fit in the hallway - terrified the guests. I had to complain to the front desk to get resolution. The elevator also broke on our final day.

Nice hotel, and great location!

The location in relation to the baseball park was perfect! Everything fun was within walking distance!

Our room didn’t have toilet paper but a maid quickly addressed that for us. We never figured out how to turn on the tv. Bed very comfortable and nice room darkening blinds!! Ice machine on 7th floor not working but found it on 9. Would stay here again.
