Modern and spacious

My overly stay was good but when I called about check in I was greeted by the man, sounded like he had a slight attitude

The food was very minimal. It was like they just didn't have enough. We waited for about 40 minutes and finally asked the staff, and they said they were out of food, and it was only 7am.

Out flight was a little late so we got there around 11pm and the front desk person couldn't remember the password to get back into the computer, so he had to keep calling his supervisor until they answered to get the password, that process took over an hour.

The shower was disgusting, the bed sheets and the towels smells horrible. They was only 2 bath towels for 4 people, no wash cloths, but they made up for it with hand towels 😂 we had about 5 hand towels.

The kids enjoyed a swim in the pool, and breakfast was great!

The room was not stocked with towels for our group, we had to ask for more. (Our room was for 2 adults and 3 children for 3 nights, we checked in to find 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth with 1 hand towel)

Nice hotel for Family of 6

The rooms were spacious, beds were clean and comfortable. A big plus was the full fridge, microwave, induction cooktop and dishwasher! Nice vinyl flooring which to me is cleaner than nasty carpet, especially with kids and people with special needs. Cabinets were stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils/silverware if you need them. The breakfast was good. The kids loved the indoor pool. This room was big enough for our 3 adults and 3 kiddos.

Our sleeper sofa mattress was missing but they immediately changed us to another exact room with a mattress for the sofa. We did have to ask for extra bed linens but they were provided. I would suggest bringing an extra blanket or two if you're like our kids that need extra comfy blankets.

Rude staff who said check in for Taylor wasn’t going to be until 4 as a hard time and then ppl were getting checked in at 3 We had a 6 person suite and no mirrors except the bathroom We needed more towels and bedding for the couch and had to keep coming down to get it ourselves

I booked a room plenty in advance, roughly 8 months, with 1 bed but changed my mind the next day. I messaged the property asking if i could switch to a room with tow beds and if there was a cost increase that was okay with me if it meant i could have two beds. I was told I would be able to have a room with 2 queen beds. This exchange was in November of 2022, come July 2023 and I enter my room to see 1 bed. I informed the front desk of the error and showed them the message confirming i switched rooms and they said there was nothing they could do - no other rooms were available and they could not refund the difference to my card on file.

Superb

The building and our room were very nice and modern. Bed was super comfortable. The whole facility was clean overall. Staff was friendly.

My only complaint would be the shower door, which is more or less just a glass wall/shield and not an actual shower door. The bath rug/towel was wet after a shower because the water would bounce off your body onto the floor and rug.
