The stay was decent. I wish the rooms looked like the pictures and I hated the bathroom/tub.

This hotel has a vintage feel to it, the staff was not welcoming or friendly but its located in a decent area.

The room was great size and the restaurant on the rooftop was great

The noise from the highway was terrible. There was not sufficient lighting in the room, my husband had a hard time seeing. And the staff was not friendly or welcoming.

Hotel could use some help in a few areas.

The view from the 15th floor was amazing.

The floor of the room was filthy. My husband was barefoot for a short time and his feet were dirty. We didn't have a shower curtain when we checked in. The hostess at the Steakhouse upstairs wasn't very accommodating when we wanted to be seated for drinks. She had an attitude and she's the face of that restaurant.

Staff was very friendly

Two bulbs burnt out in our room, toilet was extremely hard to flush, hair in the shower drain, floor so stained it looked like someone bled on it, had to pay the hotel a fee for parking for an open easily publicly accessible lot.

The property is not as advertised. It was not clean. The room was so outdated you were practically sitting in the floor on the commode. The drapes over the window was raggedy tatty. The carpet was filthy. The shades on the lamp and the wall lamps were extremely dirty. The cost was comparable to very nice hotels in the area so it was not worth the price.

It was ok for 1 night.

Location was convenient to my destination Heritage Bank Center.

Room had a stale not fresh at all odor upon entering and there is black mold on the bathroom ceiling in room 1023. Room could have been cleaner. There shouldn’t be dirt on my Clorox wipe when wiping down surfaces in the “already clean” room and bathroom. Restaurant price (too high) doesn’t meet the level of hotel, lower the price. I stayed 1 night in May for a concert and again 1 night in October for a concert, room rate was $100+ more this time and parking fee was added this time and I got nothing extra to compensate for the increase in price.

We chose room because it was listed as river front. We got highway front and didn’t sleep a wink. Smelled like pot everywhere in the hotel. Air freshener was overpowering like it was trying to cover sting bathroom floor was dirty. Not to mention on top of the cost of the room we had to pay to park won’t stay again!

All of it my spouse has a lot of medical issues and there was mold all over the room informed front desk and the response I received was horrible. I was advised I don’t know what to tell you and what do you expect for the money wow is all I can say and asked for a different room and was told that was not allowed once assigned a room that is what you get.

Older building, gnats flying everywhere, shared concerns and they poured drano but it didn’t work. At 2 in the morning the smoke alarm sounded ruining my sleep. Battery needed changing. Took about 20 minutes but they came to replace battery.

I liked that it was clean however I was overwhelmed with the smell of bleach entering my room and no exhaust fan to air it out! The city view was beautiful which I wasn’t expecting.

Ice machine broken on floor. The hallway to elevator was hot humid and stuffy. The elevators needed servicing. Probably need updated equipment we went from 3 working elevators to 1 and the hotel was too busy to have people crammed into one elevator. Although we had a nice view from our hotel the noise coming from the highway was so loud that I couldn’t even get to sleep!

Check in too late. Being charged 140.00 for late check in and early check out. Restaurant above our room was rotating very loud!! Front desk worker did not tell me where the ice was, the pool, or anything upon my Check in. Charged me $8 for parking at the hotel. I was forced to pay or park somewhere else which there was no other parking near the hotel besides high priced parking garages.
