Great stay, close to multiple attractions within the city, very clean accommodations.

Great location and rates

Hot, strong coffee. Staff was very personable.

Beds weren't very comfortable and the room temps were high with little control to turn heat down. There was an odd space in the room that begged for a small table or a nightstand.

Great place to stay, friendly staff and comfortable beds!

The property itself was very nice and felt welcoming with great essential amenities. Beds were comfortable. Convenient location. Elevators very quick. Pool was refreshing.

Our bathroom door in 314 was very hard to close and noisy making it difficulty to shut at night when trying to not disrupt sleep of others. The breakfast options were a little to be desired as far as cooked items personally.

A great place to stay in Cincinnati!

The hotel was clean, the parking lot was secure, the staff were super friendly. It is close by (short drive) to the downtown area. Breakfast was good. They had already gotten the air conditioning on in the room before we arrived so the room was comfortable.

One of the staff members managing the breakfast bar wasn’t super friendly and was snapping at guests for not understanding how to work the waffle machine.

Very expensive for what you get. Poor cleaning and rude and aggressive breakfast staff.

Breakfast poor and only open until 09.30 at which point everything was gone, very rude breakfast and cleaning staff, room was not cleaned or beds made every day, noisy rooms, dirty sofas in rooms, v expensive bar.

There's this black american lady that I felt is very condescending. When I accidentally dropped the handle of the waffle maker because it was hot and heavy, instead of helping me how to fix it, she scolded me and showed a intimidating attitude.

Everyone slept good and we enjoyed our stay

Nice room.. pool was nice.. hotel overall seemed clean with nice decor.. they provided me and my kids breakfast upon my request even though we were about an hour late…that was really nice because they didn’t have to.. and the breakfast items were fresh and good..

Paying $10 to park and the little market by the front desk was a bit (gouging) expensive.. air conditioning wasn’t cool enough for me

The staff at the breakfast area is very rude

The front desk staff are nice I commend them all. I just didn't like the attitude of the staff who handles the breakfast area. She is very mean and rude. She doesn't treat the customers with respect and dignity. She can always say something in a nice way but she chose not to.. she is very rude.

great location with easy access to parking and the freeway. The staff were extremely nice. We enjoyed the swimming pool.

Breakfast was very hectic. There were many guests and it appeared there was only one staff refilling the food/ drink. The poor lady was doing the best she could, but the food was limited and the coffee was at a shortage.

Good hotel for work, friendly staff and good facility.

Large well maintained rooms. I needed to do a lot of work from my room and the wifi and good sized desk made this very convenient. Gym was also good.

More food options in house. Breakfast and bar great but the lack of nearby grocery store or cafe means it would have helped, particularly with some evening options at least.

Ok not worth the money

Bed was comfortable.

It said online pull out couch was not like a twin bed size. Food was terrible. No forks and no half and half. Waited 15 minutes to get it. Coffee was like mud from sitting so long. Kitchen staff had an attitude problem if you ask for anything. They should not work there if it bothers them. For the money almost 200 not worth it. I travel 2 or 3 weekends a month. One of the worst one for the money. Won't stay again.

Awesome facility and staff

Keisha and Liz were awesome from the time we checked in until we checked out. The accommodated us when we needed to add another relative to our room. They were very kind and professional. The facility was clean and our suite was very nice. The bar was nice and breakfast was great.

Great hotel.

Everything. Rooms were beautiful and clean. Staff (wish I caught her name) at the front counter was an absolute delight. Location was great and close to downtown but with better parking. Also the room was massive and I the bathroom lighting was great. Loved the separate bathroom and shower.

Would not recommend it or stay there again

Close to where we needed to be , nice shower

We had to pay for parking and then we had to go all the way back to the garage to put a parking sticker in the car. The carpet in the room had some awful stains on it that resembled blood. The interstate was right out our window and the truck traffic was continuous throughout the night. On line price was a total of 153. They took $180.00 out of our account and then put $17 back .

The good outweighs the bad

The location was great for the places we wanted to go. The staff was all personable and had recommendations for places to visit. We had great experiences with all the staff actually. The breakfast selection was really well thought out and had several options.

The hotel looked a little run down in some places. Our shower was chipped in several spots and the showerhead leaked. The pillows were soft and didn't hold their shape so we constantly had to arrange them.

Amazing hospitality

The front desk lady Vivian and the other girl i didnt catch her name but she had a red braid in her hair were the best!. The greatest hospitality i have ever received. They made our stay amazing and made us feel so welcomed. The pool was awesome and it was clean from the looks of it 👌 i definitely recommend. Thank you ladies for having the best customer service ever!
