The location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was clean and comfortable. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

The water pressure in the shower was light, which made it difficult to rinse off soap / shampoo. We didn’t request for our room to not be cleaned and it wasn’t. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I would have liked for the beds to be straightened and for fresh towels. I did request fresh towels and received them upon request. Breakfast did not seem fresh.

The hotel was very nice and clean aside from the elevator, but it wasn't gross. Probably just travel in and out people that don't wipe feet or who litter. The staff was pleasant and very kind, especially the front desk woman who was pregnant she was very friendly.

I requested rooms with bathtubs and didn't get one in either room and was told they had no more because the other floor was being renovated. I specifically called to confirm this prior to confirming my booking because i knew we had a long drive and my mother would need a bath to relax her hurting body and my child would need a bath and honestly I did too after being on the. road. I also called to confirm what breakfast would be before booking to be sure our family had breakfast. we would all enjoy and be able to eat like nonpork meats, etc. They told me they offered turkey bacon turkey sausage biscuits and eggs potatoes waffles etc. They had eggs and waffles and pork sausage. This then meant we had to purchase breakfast outside of the hotel, and I would have booked a cheaper hotel had I known this. I felt scammed and upset. The staff said the turkey products are on a scheduled day, which makes no sense, especially for them not to be offered on the weekends. Also, staff answering phones should have this information to answer questions adequately.

Nice urban site right next to U of Cinci

Great location adjacent to the University of Cincinnati campus. Very clean and comfortable room and bed. Very handy being able to leave a housekeeping tip via a QR code. Friendly and helpful person at the front desk.

Parking is an issue in an urban setting, clearly. The parking was just under a block away and I paid $14 for one night with in/out privileges. I was a little nervous about it being credited properly via the adhesive stickers they give you to affix to your pulled ticket but it worked fine. The gate reader showed a balance of $30 before accepting my code, so it's a good discount.

The room was decorated nicely, clean and accommodating. The only issue was the fridge door was broken but they replaced it.

Check the appliances to make sure they aren’t broken. The fridges are cheap. There is a button for 2 hours. Food could spoil if you dont push it after 2 hours.
