Worst customer service ever.

Clean

Instead of charging me for a $20 incidentals in error they charged me for the room $260 was charged to my card. I immediately went to the front desk and no one would help me. Then they adjusted it to $247, when they should have given me a refund for their error. It is still pending in my bank account and my bank can’t help until it post. I called and they tried to blame booking.com which is bull. I heard the lady at the desk admit that she made the error and still no one fixed it. I emailed the manager and no response.

we stayed at this hotel because it was close to the Cincinnati children’s hospital where our daughter and newborn grandd

the rooms were clean and new

paying for parking! And way too much money ! to pay $310 for one night without a continental breakfast, etc is ridiculous! the staff was ok but not really friendly unless you engaged.

Excellent accommodations! Cleanliness was superb!

The staff members were excellent! We ended up here through a last minute switch up but they did do their absolute best to get our rooms close enough together, which we did appreciate!

Breakfast wasn’t included BUT the on-site cafe with drinks, breakfast sandwiches, bagels and yogurt was very convenient and cost friendly!

They have wonderful staff and great beds!

It was close to everything we wanted to do, the beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean.

The pool smelled ok, but was a strange color of green and did not seem very clean.

VERY NICELY APPOINTED PLACE TO STAY WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE NOISY ROOM!

WE WERE LOCATED ON 4TH FLOOR AND IT SOUNDED AS IF THE HVAC SYSTEM WAS RIGHT ON TOP OF OUR ROOM. IT WOULD MAKE NOISE VARYING FROM LOUD TO NOT SO LOUD. AT ONE POINT WE THOUGHT PERHAPS A HELOCOPTER WAS OVERHEAD....YES IT WAS THAT LOUD! RATHER DISSAPOINTED BASED ON ANTICIPATED EXPECTATION!

There was no toiletries in my room when I arrived and the room was only clean once while I was there Plus I’ve been charged for the wrong amount for my stay and I’ve called to many staff members and they have not take care of it and the person in charge of it has not returned my call so far I would like for somebody to call me my number is 941-685-7943-Gwen

Location, stayed here a few times. No issues. Good places to eat in area

Booked king room for my wife and I. Hotel gave us 2 queen bed handicapped room. For some reason this is all the hotel system would give me. I wasnt told it was a handicap room. I was told I could come back down and ask manager for another room if not happy with the one they gave. After driving 4 hours and carrying all the bags up to the room, we decided just to go-to sleep. The room functioned fine but would prefer to get what I reserved
