Great location, very convenient to stores and the lakefront. Everything you need for a short or long term stay.

The property is great, very convenient to everything in the city. Easy digital entry, I liked not worrying about a key. There are two grocery stores and a bakery right across the street. The lake promenade is close, about a 10-15 minute walk. The room is fully equipped with everything you need. The queen size bed is very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer. You also have access to a washer/dryer combo (we didn’t use) and a blowdryer. Handy tip: If you go to the digital butler button located in the check-in email, you can access operating manuals for all the devices. We really enjoyed our stay and would reserve again if we are back in Lucerne.

A beautifully designed, modern, and delightful apartment that made our stay truly enjoyable.

The location was excellent, very close to the lake and main attractions. The self check-in was smooth, and the apartment was clean upon arrival. The building is modern and the neighborhood feels safe and quiet during the day.

There was significant noise during the night, especially from what seemed to be a washing machine or dryer operating in another unit between around 23:30 and 02:00. This disturbed our sleep on multiple nights. Clearer communication about noise rules and better insulation would improve the stay.

Modern and clean in a good location with excellent bus links directly outside.

Not about the property but regarding the company. Had to chase them on a number of times for our Swiss Pass which is a free pass for tourists to encourage ‘us’ to use the public transport for free etc. Kitchen lacked a few basics, draining board for the dishes and a cutlery holder for the dish washer for example.

Great location, cleanliness, recommended !

Cleanliness, location opposite Coop, about 20 minutes walk to Lucern train station and about 10 mins to old town. Even provided salt and pepper, aluminium foil etc. Good selection of teas given. Check in with the codes given via email was a breeze.

No coffee machine. The dryer didn’t dry the clothes well though using the highest heat and weight of clothes according to the instructions.

Lucerne is a beautiful city and we enjoyed our stay in Liv Suites.

Location was great for us. It wasn’t in the middle of the tourist area, but close enough to walk to everything or take a quick bus ride. Across the street is a grocery store, bakery, and bus stop. The place was quiet and had a nice deck to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. It’s not a large space, but uses the space efficiently.

This top unit wouldn’t be for someone who didn’t like stairs. The bedroom is located upstairs without a bathroom.

Beautiful apartment only a short bus ride from the city centre - would stay again.

Beautifully decorated and a lovely open and airy space with lots of natural light; lots of handy facilities such as a washing machine, clothes horse, cot and high chair, and (working) Netflix to name a few; the apartment was close to bus stops and supermarkets which helped a lot. Substantial wardrobe space was fantastic.

Not much at all. There was not enough tea or coffee provided to last the number of nights booked - a very minor detail only. Everything else was great.

Very clean, nice balcony with full of greens outdoors. Very quiet even it is by the street. Super market just cross the street.

Great value for money

Central location, modern new furniture and fixtures, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, hob, huge fridge + freezer, salt, sugar, soluble coffee, tea, sunflower oil. Very clean studio, nice smelling toiletries. The washing/drying machine and the washing tablets supply were a blessing as we were able to wash our clothes after 5 days spent in mountains in Zermatt. The apartment has a modern design with a small balcony, a living area, the kitchen and bathroom back to back connecting the bedroom with the living room. The bedroom is overlooking the rear yard allowing for a good, quiet sleep. Comfy beds with good quality linen (cotton satin). Plenty of storage room in wardrobes and drawers. Big food shops Migros and Coop just opposite the street. A pastry shop (Bäckerei) just cross the street. Bus stop less than 50 m away.

It was very hot when we stayed mid summer, and there is no air conditioning. Also I never got the entry code, so had to wait an hour to get let in which was difficult in the heat and with my elderly parents.

All very good, very handy on WhatsApp to get the codes to get in the building. Walking distance to the centre of Lucerne and right on a bus stop to get you there if you don’t fancy the walk.

In all, it was decent. Of the 4 places we stayed, this was definitely the worst of them.

Location was good. Roomy for 3 people

First room smelled of leftover food or something similar. We had to buy spray & used perfume to help with the odor. The 2nd room - My sister had a room with a connecting door that only locked on one side (not her side) The other guests walked into her room & tried to claim it. To give credit they took care of the issue after I insisted they put a lock on the door or switch rooms. Would have made more sense if they had put us together on the same floor considering I booked 2 rooms. Could have avoided this issue.

A safe, compact apartment with everything we needed.

Love that it had a washer/dryer. Having the lift is a big plus! Bed was comfy and nice to have a balcony to enjoy. Also like the brand of bathroom toiletries supplied.

We struggled with the room temperature. Too warm for us and there didn’t seem to be any instructions on the controller to turn it down.

New and Modern apartment

New and modern apartment with all the facilities and amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is fitted with above average quality fittings. Its location is not exactly at the heart of the city but there are bus stops right in-front of the apartment. It is also not too far to walk if you prefer as there are some attractions along the way.

Small issue with the washing machine in one of the bath room as the water drains out on the floor. Issue was not rectified till the day we check out so the bathroom was wet and unpleasant to use. The service man who came to fix the washing machine lock the apartment when he left, we were locked out for almost an hour waiting for the service man to return to open the door. It was stressful as we had 2 seniors and a child with us and it was already late.

Appartamento veramente carino e dotato di tutto il necessario per un periodo di soggiorno. Posizione molto comoda, davanti alla fermata del bus. Il centro di lucerna e la stazione si raggiungono in 10/15 min a piedi. Non c’è il personale all’accoglienza ma per qualsiasi dubbio lo staff risponde subito alle domande. I prezzi sono in linea con i prezzi generali della città

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war gut; moderne Ausstattung

auf der Schrankseite im Schlafraum war zwischen Bett und Schrank viel zu wenig Platz; die Schranktür ließ sich nur unzureichend öffnen - zudem waren auf dieser Seite weder Nachttisch noch Lampe vorhanden.

Die Luzerner Gästekarte haben wir erst auf Anfrage erhalten. Dadurch hatten wir auch keinen Internet-Zugriff. Ohne Internet-Zugriff war es aber auch nicht möglich, an den Zugang zum WLAN zu gelangen.
