The property is great, very convenient to everything in the city. Easy digital entry, I liked not worrying about a key. There are two grocery stores and a bakery right across the street. The lake promenade is close, about a 10-15 minute walk.
The room is fully equipped with everything you need. The queen size bed is very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator/freezer. You also have access to a washer/dryer combo (we didn’t use) and a blowdryer. Handy tip: If you go to the digital butler button located in the check-in email, you can access operating manuals for all the devices.
We really enjoyed our stay and would reserve again if we are back in Lucerne.

The location was excellent, very close to the lake and main attractions. The self check-in was smooth, and the apartment was clean upon arrival. The building is modern and the neighborhood feels safe and quiet during the day.
There was significant noise during the night, especially from what seemed to be a washing machine or dryer operating in another unit between around 23:30 and 02:00. This disturbed our sleep on multiple nights. Clearer communication about noise rules and better insulation would improve the stay.

Location was good. Roomy for 3 people
First room smelled of leftover food or something similar. We had to buy spray & used perfume to help with the odor.
The 2nd room - My sister had a room with a connecting door that only locked on one side (not her side) The other guests walked into her room & tried to claim it. To give credit they took care of the issue after I insisted they put a lock on the door or switch rooms. Would have made more sense if they had put us together on the same floor considering I booked 2 rooms. Could have avoided this issue.
