The stay at the hotel was comfortable. Nice location with good facilities. Though the feedback was asked about staff but there is no staff as such. I also appreciate cafe on the ground floor of the hotel. The cafe caretaker was really helpful.

This was a great stay. Close walk to everything including the station. The check in and checkout process was self service so it was very easy to do. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Noise level was good. Stay here, you would regret it.

I didn’t get the code on the check in day, have to email to get the code. And was told that we could store our luggage there.BUT it is not a secure area at all, just a little corner with hanging hooks - nowhere to even put chainlock our luggage to and anyone could just come and grab your luggage. So we had to walk back to train station and put our stuff in the locker.
3pm we checked in, got room number 52. But elevator was not working! I asked the staff and she said it’s been like that most of the day.. so we had to carry our big suitcases up the stairs 5 levels.. so ridiculous. And turns out the elevator only goes to level 4. So if you are allocated room in level 5, you’d still have to carry it up the stairs.
Room is ok, aircon controller not working, pillow is not fluffy at all.. location is good but thats about it.
