The staff were very helpful. Great location. Basic standard double/twin bed - you can request different pillows if you don’t like the feather pillows. Bathroom shower needs upkeep as there was mold/milldew throughout the corners and edges.

The location is outstanding! Old town Lucerme is gorgeous and you're in the heart of it with many sites and restaurants ose by....many close early! Our room was on the 5th floor all by itself with a stellar patio we enjoyed.

I especially appreciated that I could eat my prepared breakfast in the dining room each morning, Jenean was very kind and positive. The front desk loaned me an excellent converter that worked for my cell phone, Everyone was friendly and helpful.
