The photos are wrong, I booked single room and it comes with single bed, not queen bed as described. Other than that the staff is very friendly, breakfast is also good, hotel location is good too.

Located centrally, almost walking to all main attractions. Breakfast is good. Rooms are small, but manageable. Staff is helpful. Luggage storage available.

This hotel is nice enough, staff nice and it’s in a good location, however the temperature of the room is a problem, especially in summer. There was absolutely no air flow in our room - luckily we were at the end of the hall so had both door and windows open to try to make it bearable. There was a fan provided but that only pushed the hot air around and indicated the temperature of the room hovered between 25 and 31 degrees despite overnight temperatures dropping to between 11 and 18 degrees during our stay. It did affect our visit to Lucerne as we were unable to get a decent sleep for the entire stay. Yes we did raise it with staff, who said they could do nothing as it was an old building.
