    The room was spacious and comfortable, with reliable hot water and a good night's sleep. The location offered easy access to transport and was very walkable, making getting around simple. Staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, contributing to a pleasant stay. While cleanliness was excellent, the facilities could use some improvement. Overall, great value for money

    The room was very clean, and the breakfast was great with plenty of varieties to choose from. It was on the pricier side, but that’s pretty much standard for Lucerne. Overall, a solid and comfortable stay.

    We stayed here for 1 night before heading to Wengen. As we are on our honeymoon, they upgraded our room and left us chocolates and a very sweet note! It was so nice to see that after a long travel day. The staff is super friendly and so many options to get to the hotel. Breakfast is also pretty good value

    The staff/reception was accommodating. The hotel breakfast starts at 6:30am which is really good. Location is good for the bus, but it is 13-14mins walk to the train. Cons: we don’t feel the heater as the AC is not working during winter. It is too cold in the room. They just have radiator heater which we think doesn’t really help with the cold. Another one is the sensor light in the toilet, i’m not a fan of this, it is always turning off when i’m showering.
