    Great location (near station, near Lake walk), ok rooms (small). Good front staff (helped keeping luggage till room is ready, gave kettle). Cleaning staff lacks professionalism (started knocking doors one hour before checkout time and literally make us go out while we were getting ready).

    My first impression upon entering our rooms , i was extremely disappointed to see that they are totally different than they look in the ads. The rooms are old and dated in person and completely different as in the published pictures. No toiletries except soap and shampoo. For the price , i expected the usual amenities like, small refrigerator, coffee maker or electric kettle, etc. Found the self check in very inconvenient. We were made to pay City/Tourist Tax for 5 pax despite us being only 4 in the group on arrival as my 82 y/o mom had to cancel trip due to medical restrictions. No extra amenities, no cleaning, Just enough for a very basic stay. Location was great though. Bus stop to train station is right at the doorstep. There’s a Coop a few steps from the hotel. Walkable to everywhere.
