    The interior design of the room is impressive. The location is great, within 10 min walk from Lucerne train station. Worth to note that whole checkin process is done via online or a digital kiosk, no staff involved which does need some time to study the process.

    Self check in was really bad. Did not receive the email and instruction on how to check in myself. However, staff in the cafe were extremely helpful and nice about it, giving us the instructions and we managed to do it ourself. The room with kitchenette did not have a microwave which is a bummer. However, there are a couple of dryer and washing machine in the common area relatively cheap and easy to use. The stairs in the entire hotel is a nightmare if you have huge and heavy luggage. But other than that, a really decent good hotel stay.

    Self checkin process was rubbish - no email with details of how to check-in. Otherwise ok clean but very small. Very good location. Staff at onsite cafe need to be more proactive in helping people with checkin process. Love luzern didn’t love Lubo
