    Whilst the hotel was well located to explore Lucerne, the rooms air conditioner only blew low volume ambient air, and when it states parking is included, it really means you have to pay extra to park your car in a nearby public car park.

    The hotel is very well located near the Lucerne lake and the train station. The rooms are recently renovated and the shower is very good. No airconditioning in rooms and other areas is a real problem in summer season. Breakfast is acceptable.
