    We are a family of three and we stayed here for 3 nights. Very close to everything, and even how busy stop right in front of the hotel. They cleaned the room every day. Breakfast was also good.

    My own opinion, bare minimum of room utilities. No tissues, 3 in 1 soap, 1 soft pillow each and small and narrow bathroom with difficulty in control the water temperature. Not much around the hotel. Once familiar, easily accessible by 1 bus from Lucerne Station. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is simple but good.

    Not really close to station but they do provide travel card which conveniently bring you to the town center. Newly renovated but the flush don't work well but staff is responsive
