Great location, staff friendly, place clean and bed comfy

Not a bad walk from train station. We did take a taxi when we got to train station due to rain, but was relatively close and could have walked. Uber did work and took it to train station on departure and only because I was with my mother and didn’t want to haul our suitcases. We did do shared bathroom and it was not bad, right down hall, and never saw anyone and was clean. Breakfast was great.

A great hotel, very clean and comfy the breakfast was plenty full. Even though the toilets and showers are shared I never had to wait and kept very clean. Would happily use again and highly recommend.

Its was great .

We had a nice experience and the staff are very friendly and welcoming . They gave us free bus access and discount which was very helpful .

Only one thing we did not like is the washroom is outside and commun .. that we had to upgrade our room to room with private washroom which they did not mention when we arrived.

Its near bus and train station. The voucher for free transportation was of great help navigating luzern. The staff are very efficient. The beautiful and kind lady who help us checking in is so accomodating. They would also reserved your room even without first paying.

Great hotel

Breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold foods. The breakfast lady was excellent and helpful. The hotel was good at changing things around for my mobility issue, although we had to pay more for a private bathroom.

The beds were a bit hard The reception did not tell us that the breakfast was at a different time on the weekend, when we were leaving early.

the sounds from one room gets into another, like completely. The hotel provides ear plugs but it is not only the noise, the vibrations and other sounds leaks too.

Comfortable stay, will stay again if visit.

Good Location, easy 10mins walk to train station and located at quiet area. Share bathroom is separate the gender which make us comfortable to use it. Plus it's never busy and always maintain clean (probably because of strong fan) It's with balcony although we haven't use it. Nice to have breakfast with it.

Very nice. Highly recommend the place except for the summer months.

Great location. Close to a bus stop. Easy to get to old town. Staff was very friendly. They allowed us to keep our bags in the office after check out while we were out sightseeing. Breakfast was also very good. Bathrooms are shared but extremely clean.

There are no air conditioners. We knew about this and it does not reflect poorly on the hotel but something to be aware of. The hotel staff provided us with a fan but it was kind of small. The high temperature was about 89 F and it was a bit uncomfortable even with the fan running at the highest speed. Also, the hotel only provides one fan per room.

This hotel you can call "the essentials because, although it has no frills, all the essentials are there. Decent room and showers. Decent bed and also decent breakfast. If you're looking for a decent value-for-money hotel near Milano Centrale train station, this is the right one.

Maybe the shower could have been a bit bigger, but thst's being choosy and the breakfast a bit more varied but all in all its ok.

Great, quiet location in the center of Lucern!

I had originally cancelled this booking. A concert I was to attend had been postponed due to band illness. Even though it was PAST the cancellation date, the hotel DID NOT PENALIZE me for something that was out of my control. Circa 2022, that is quite amazing to me! So, we showed up a few weeks later, when the event was rescheduled and found a gem of a place. Very nice people at reception. Well put together breakfast. Nothing fancy about the place, but everything that one would need for a decent accomodation!

A good choice to stay in Luzern!

-very good location, can walk to all main destinations in LZ. -staffs do not smile much but they let me check in earlier than check-in time. Thats very kind. -Everything is clean. shared bathroom was very nice and easy to use.

-No dark curtain in the room, opposite apartments can see into my room all the time. A bit bad in privacy.
