Breakfast was excellent, the room was enormous and had a large balcony. I requested a quiet room because I knew I would be experiencing jetlag, and they delivered! The room was quiet, and big, and very comfortable. If I go to Lucerne, I hope to stay here again. It's very close to all the good stuff.

Great location, very clean, very comfortable beds. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming — we even got a free upgrade to our room which was very nice indeed. Parking was available very close (public) and everything can be reached very easily from the hotel. With closed windows the room was very quiet.
No air conditioning and though it was only April, the room was a bit too warm. Open windows during the night are not an option because of the noise from the nearby road. Breakfast was ok but nothing special really.
