It has parking place right in the front of the hotel. Hotel staff offer free publin ticket pass. Staff is really kind and helpful. Everything is clean. Air conditions in the room. 20min by bus till Lucern center.

The area 50/50. The hotel room was so small. Even bathroom bigger than room. No fridge at the room but you can ask staff to keep your products at their fridge. The breakfast variety I would say is quiet poor (probably I compare where I was before).

Bus number 2 starts from Lucerne Bahnoff and ends at Emmenbrucke Springe (the last stop). From the last stop its about 2 to 3 min of walk to the hotel property. Approximately 12-15min from the Lucerne Bahnoff to the hotel in the bus.

The property can at best be described as a motel off the highway. Good for those who arrive car (as the car parking is free) and want to catch up on sleep for a night and then carry on with their journey. This property is not for those who have stated in properties like Marriott, Raddision and Holiday Inn. The rooms are small pigeon sized boxes. It is difficult to even open a suitcase. The service is absolutely pathetic in comparison to the basic standards that we experienced on our Switzerland trip. The motel is incompetent and incapable of handling international travelers. The communication skills fall below the standards expected from the hospitality industry. The front desk is interested only in quoting and educating "rules" to the guest and they care little about the well being and the comfort of the travelers. Few examples: 1) My 8.00PM train from Interlaken to Lucerne on 20-June was cancelled. So I called up the front desk number to inform them that I will be delayed in my arrival. I was told that my reservation was not guaranteed as I have not paid up for the two rooms for the two nights. This inspite of the fact that my credit card was charged the entire amount of room rental on 16-June (except the city tax). And citing this lie, the lady took down my credit card details only to make sure she can withhold the deposit (something which she could have easily done the next day morning). By doing so she overlooked the fact that she is violating the EU law on PII and SPI information (something that she should be aware of given that she educates guests about the rules) and I could have easily brought charges on her, if I wished to do so. However on good faith, I overlooked it. 2) My wife asked for an extra facial tissue.. only to be told rudely by the lady at the front desk that their team would already have replenished the tissue box. In case that box gets exhausted, she can ask for more.. 3) Protest if they try to charge you 200$ by illicit means

-the breakfast was very basic -the deposit of €200 made no sense -the mini bar in the room was locked. -Had to go to the reception for everything (which was open upto 10 pm): TV remote,ac remote, anything you want from the mini bar. -had booked a twin room and was given room 306 which had slant roofs above both beds, was very small, and very weird design. When we asked for a different room they charged us €10 more for it.

the hotel is a great value for your money. there is a bus stop down the street which allows you to ride into the city and the hotel provides a free ticket for your stay. the room is tight; but cozy and clean.

the breakfast was minimal, some cheese and meat and drinks. maybe a few pancake makers or bacon would make this a much better breakfast

The amenities were very clean and maintained. Breakfast was superb in choice and quality. The staff at all levels could not do more to assist with our queries and fulfill our needs. Love this place, the views and its people!

There was not enough park places for the hotel, if somebody arrive late, have to search a park place far away. The dusche cabin was dangerrous, very slippery floor. The door of this did not close, a lot of water come out. The bed was not so comfortable. They asked deposit for the pre payed room, and controlled, did I smoke in the room or destroyed? I am a experienced traveller, good ratings from the booking.com, I think the hotel should be belive in their guests. Or they do it with the Easter-Europeans only?
