We had a very relaxing and pleasant 3 day stay at hotel Baslertor. All staff were very welcoming and provided us with great recommendations about places to eat and things to do in Lucerne. The location was fantastic within the old city - close to transport links and main attractions and an easy stroll to lots of dining options. We would highly recommend this as a great value for money hotel in Lucerne.

The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful! We loved the pool, hot tub and sauna. The location was great. Good family room for 5. Free tea and coffee was a nice bonus!

The staff was very very supportive and professional They made the stay feel very comfortable and homely They had unlimited coffee, free sauna, heated pool and and free hot tub! What else you need after a long day at luzern

Room was very small VERY SMALL! No place to sit and no place to put luggage very uncomfortable. The air conditioning unit was noisy and blasted cold air across the entire room
