Great location high on a hill, with good views around the locality. Room was light and airy, with own balcony and OK facilities (but no kettle). Wonderful breakfast included in price. Helpful staff, who let us have breakfast early to meet our travel arrangements. Ample free parking. Sound of cowbells coming in from nearby fields through our open windows! So was 'in the country'/out of town, which means a car is the best way to get there (I don't think there are any bus services to the hotel).
Didn't have en-suite bathroom - just a washbasin - which seems a little unusual these days... but loos and showers were just down the corridor.

The hotel is situated at very beautiful and quiet place, at the top of the hill with magnificent view at Luzern.
But it is situated out of city , a big problem to reach by public transport. There is funiculare to the hotel from bus stop, but it finish at 17-17:30. Afterward you need to go about 20-30 minutes by the fields, at absolute darkness from the bus stop to the hotel.
Rooms are very basic, though spacely but no shelves at the bathroom.
