Good directions for how to enter since it's unstaffed. Spacious room and great location.

This was our first stop on our trip, and we forgot Switzerland has different outlet plugs than other parts of Europe. Communication with the property about how to deal with this wasn't very useful. After visiting two stores, we were directed to a store at the train station that had what we needed. Also, when coming downstairs, the last step is a little masked visually with dark carpet. My partner missed it one day and crashed into his knees.

Nice suite in a perfect location.

Incredible location, right in old town Lucerne. Very easy walking to everything. Nice 1 bedroom suite, including kitchen facilities.

There was a fair amount of street noice in the evening from local bar/restaurant

Pleasant stay in Lucerne

The location is excellent, in close proximity of the train station and Chapel Bridge. The apartment was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful. Self check-in and check-out were convenient.

The location was just amazing, right above a very beautiful bistro, and so close to the main station and amazing views. The room was lovely and very comfy, and the staff was very helpful and friendly to communicate with.

Great location but needs air con in summer

Clean, tidy, comfortable bed, a bit outdated but specious considering it's an old building in the center. Good for one-two nights.

There was no air con and our room was on top floor. There was a fan but didn't give much relief. It was awfully hot that night, noisy from the bar downstairs so we didn't get a good sleep.

Great place to stay

Smooth check in/out. Great location. Clean. Felt welcoming with water in the fridge on a warm day. There was coffe tea.. huge pillows😁 There is a bar under but the windows kept the noise out.

Scam

This is a scam. It is not a hotel. There is nobody available to help. The machine would not accept the PIN to give the key. Tried to contact “the hotel” and only a voicemail. Asked to cancel, an hour after booking as my daughter was about to be stuck with no room for the night but they took our money (£187) and told us our loss. Tried to cancel through Booking.com but they washed their hands of any responsibility. It also smelled of fish from the noisy kitchen. This should not be offered as a viable hotel on booking.com and in any case I will not use that web site again. AVOID

Nice quiet place close to town.

This hotel was in the perfect location for exploring the streets of Lucerne. There was no check in person, but communication via messages was good. The rooms had a good view and was nice and clean and quiet.

The bed and pillows were not as comfortable as I would like, but I am fussy with this so hard to please (LOL). But would stay here again.

Rustic charm in the centre of Lucern

Location in centre of old town. Restaurant on the ground floor. Frequent checks from staff via booking app and fast response to find a fan for room during an unexpected heat wave.

You need to close the windows at night on a weekend due to the noise of people dining outside. A larger towel is recommended for the bathroom.

A great find for a last minute reservation.

Easy access to city center and train station as well as city highlights. Appreciate there was a lift to get to the fourth floor apartment. Clean with basic amenities. Prompt timely communication with host.

One bedroom has not its door. The room is dark with the landing lamp bulb missing. The shower water volume is small. The stove does not work.

Very pleasant

Excellent location close to many tourist attractions and walking distance to train station. Basic accommodation but totally suitable for a couple of nights and reasonably priced specially compared to the majority of hotels in town. Fairly clean and conveniently located above a Bistro.

Personally I would have appreciate some sort of curtains at the windows. There is s cupboard but no hangers in it, so not much use . Sticky table would benefit from a good scrub.

Sommando il tutto, come prezzo va bene considerando Lucerna una delle città più care della Svizzera.

Struttura carina, molto centrale e non troppo cara. Stanza piccolina ma molto carina, ricordatevi di leggere le istruzioni e tutto procederà nel migliore dei modi. Camera pulita, senza staff. Solo come cosa da sapere, il bagno è in camera si, però non ha né porta né tenda. Cosa non grave, però se viaggiate con persone con poca confidenza o comunque non con così tanta confidenza la differenza magari la fa :)

Letto scomodissimo come materasso, dormo spesso in giro, e tantissime volte mi è capitato di dormire anche in ostelli, però era da tempo che non mi alzavo con un mal di schiena così..

Accogliente e pulito

L'appartamento è accogliente, pulito e con tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottima dato che si trova nel centro storico. Il self check-in è semplice e nel palazzo c'è anche un ascensore utile per i bagagli.

Letto non comodissimo, soprattutto i cuscini che sono troppo grandi. L'appartamento potrebbe beneficiare di un ammodernamento, ma tutto sommato va bene.

Muy buena ubicación, cercano a todos los lugares de atracción. Muy buena comunicación con el dueño, nos dejó hacer el check in una hora antes.

La cama era incomoda, se sentían unos palos sueltos debajo de la cama. No había ninguna separación entre la pieza y el baño, se podría poner algo para dar mas privacidad a quien use el baño. Mejoraría las cortinas. Tuve que pedir la visit card y debería ser algo que el alojamiento otorgue sin tener que pedirlo, muchos turistas no saben de esta tarjeta y dan varios beneficios, como transporte gratis, wifi publico y descuentos en algunas atracciones (en mi caso lo use para pilatus).

Cómodo, cerca a la estación de transporte y del centro de la ciudad

El alojamiento está bien para 2 personas, limpio, tenia una cocina equipada para cocinar si lo necesitas lo cual nos facilitó la estancia pues Lucerna no es una ciudad barata, así que fue genial.

El televisor no tenia volúmen ni control de volúmen, solo el control para manejar el Smart (Netflix, YouTube..) no pudimos ver nada en la tele.

Das Zimmer war gemütlich und sehr sauber, und die Lage im Zentrum von Luzern ist wirklich ideal. Besonders praktisch fand ich den Selbst-Check-in sowie die klare Kommunikation aller wichtigen Informationen für den Aufenthalt (via Email/Booking). Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt :)

El barrio fue lo mejor!

La ubicación, que tenga calentador eléctrico y frigo es una excelente opción. Muy limpio. Muy cerca de todo, el barrio es genial.

Por el restaurante de abajo es un poco ruidoso de noche, pero ya lo sabía por las reseñas, el colchón un poco incómodo. De todas formas fue una estadía muy linda, volvería!!

Расположение супер, квартира соответствует описанию и фото, хорошее соотношение цена/качество! Кровать очень удобная, все чисто, удобное местоположение, не шумно, удобно получать ключи для заезда вне зависимости от времени прибытия , мне все понравилось, рекомендую!!!

Кран холодной воды в ванной не работал ( но это не критично, так как есть еще кран с холодной и горячей водой в комнате ). Также из минусов не закрывалась дверь в ванную (полностью нельзя захлопнуть ), но так же за такую стоимость это не критические замечания как по мне .

Çok rahatsız , huzursuz 2 gece geçirdik.

Konum iyi , internet iyi çekiyor.

Pisti , uzun zamandır iyi bir temizlik yapılmamış. Elbise dolabına incecik tel askı konmuş , pantolonu zor taşıyan. Her yer pis olduğundan kıyafetler blr yere değmesin diye bavuldan bir şey çıkarmadık. Perde yoktu ve karşı bina epey yakındı. Yatak çok küçüktü. Özellikle odadaki masa pislikten yapış yapıştı oturup bir şey yenemiyor. Banyo da iyi temizlenmemiş , çok kullanışsız , tuvalet duşun önünde geçmek zor. Dışardan gelince banyo çok pis kokuyor ve soğuk da olsa cam açtık gece. Saç kurutma konmuş ama herhalde en ucuzundan eh işte. Şampuan yoktu. Kapkara bi ayak havlusu vardı , neden bu renk seçilmiş , hiç yıkandı mı şüpheli. Yatağın ayak ucunda bi priz var ve telefonu gece şarja takıp yatağın ucuna koymak gerek, zaten küçük düşürmemek için çaba gerek. 2. Kişi için yatağa yakın şarj yok. Çok huzursuz perdesiz , soğuk , bir yere değmeme çabası ile 2 gece uyuduk. Bedava kalsak bile aynı huzursuzluk olurdu da iyi de para verdik…
