Great location, easy access to old town, Lion Monument, Lake Lucerne, restaurants and shops. 10 minute walk to the train station. Pleasant and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Appreciated having air conditioning
Self check in didn’t work for us. The kiosk was glitchy. We went next door to the sister hotel and their front desk agent was very helpful and got us checked in.

The staff were very attentive and helpful, they even took our bags up to our rooms for us. The room was very large, it could easily accommodate all three of us. The hotel was located next to a bus stop & supermarket, and it was a short walk from the main train station.
The extra bed for the triple room could be better. It was an armchair that folded out and dipped near the neck (we had to place a small pillow in the gap).
