Very helpful and pleasant staff. Overall a good experience. Okay breakfast, could be improved, but it's okay.

Budget hotel. Very outdated and old. Could use major renovation. But at the least, in this day and age, a shower door should be considered.

Location is in the middle of large car dealerships. Hotel itself is surrounded by a large parking lot. Nothing scenic. Room was clean but in need of renovation. No AC, floor fan had broken switches. No refrigerator.

hotel has small restaurant with good,plain food. Mostly Chinese,but very good. Also goo prices. Nice helpful staff,good room. Also very close to the bus to get to mid Lucerne.//1 Minute to stop.

The breakfast was ok and the parking was free.

This hotel is outdated in so many ways. No elevator, no mini fridge in the room, no terrace for single rooms, curtains that are worn out. Only good for a one night stay. And way too expensive!

Very disappointed with the dirty staircase carpet. It is more like a backpackers hostel than a hotel

No elevator. Dirty carpet covered the staircase. Broken power point in the room. You can get electrocuted if you dont pay attention. Some lamps do not work. Noisy ventilator in the bathroom,

A decent option if you just need a place to sleep for one night on a budget.

The facilities were clean, check-in was smooth and everything happened as expected.

The mattress was clearly old and worn out with a dip in the middle that made it feel like you were sinking after a while. The bathroom was also quite basic and the light made a buzzing noise, so we avoided turning it on. Breakfast was okay—nothing special, but not bad either. There is no elevator, which might be inconvenient for some. Also, keep in mind that the hotel is not located in the city of Luzern, so no free public transport card is provided.

Had nice experience, stayed with family including children. Free parking, breakfast- value for money

Room was quite spacious for family of 4 with double bed and bunk bed for children. Nice view (mount Titlis) from the balcony of the room. All the basic amenities were excellent. Staff was very cooperative. Breakfast definitely a plus point of this hotel. Staff serving and managing breakfast was very humble and nice to the guests including children guests. Free parking is another plus point of this hotel

Though balcony was spacious but shared with 1 adjacent room that was definitely a privacy compromise in the balcony. Balcony was not cleaned, was dusty and even chairs in the balcony. (But overall room was neat and clean ). I hope, hotel will improve on this soon.

Not sure if this place was value for money. The only upside of this property is the lady host.

The host is a very sweet lady and she greets her guests with a big smile. She listens to the need of the guest.

A lot of things. - TV wasn’t smart one . That basically means guest will be stuck to the limited options. - light issue in the room. Many of the lights didn’t work, reported the same and the response was sorry. -water kettle was dirty as hell.. a lot of dirt was there.

The hotel is very outdated and it feels like a chinese restaurant. People are very friendly but the hotel itself and accomodation is very outdated and no airco availbale.

Located next to a bus stop although a distance from the train station. Staff were very pleasant.

Internet was available but had a very weak signal. Cleaner tried twice to enter our room to clean prior to us having checked out.

Not Bad

Location was far from City center, but easy bus ride about 15 minutes. One bus to get to the city center. Nice staff. Hotel was okay. My room was too hot at night even for second week of September. I couldn't open the window either, as it's on busy road and bus route. Buses and traffic noise was disturbing when I opened the window. Unfortunately, buses run all night. I couldn't sleep for 3 nights. To top it all off, comforters were too warm to sleep in, so I asked for a sheet that I could use instead, but they didn't have any. It could be problematic in summer with no Air conditioning.

No Air Conditioner in rooms and on busy road to open windows.

A most pleasant one night accommodation.

The Asian food in the very clean and well decorated restaurant was exceptional in preparation, quality and service. The included breakfast turned out to be a fresh food, full buffet breakfast with fruit, cereal, assortment of bread, cold cuts, hot and cold boiled eggs, etc.; real dishes and cutlery. Excellent coffee served one cup at a time upon request. The room was very comfortable clean and well appointed bathroom. The window and balcony door drapes were difficult.

Really nothing.

Under no circumstance book this place. It is part of a Chinese restaurant which is not very advertised. Personel is stand-offish and speaks almost no English. In the room very pretty dangerous elements. Exposed electrical wall outlets. It was every shade of wrong.

Massive room. Had everything. Tea making area just outside. The restaurant downstairs was stellar. Breakfast is great with proper coffee included.

be aware it is in the commercial side of town , so few local facilities - not great when the only choice of nearby eating in the evenings are takeaways the keys left I. an envelope on an open access hall way a bit odd and made it feel insecure
