The staff were super helpful, sending info on how to reach the hotel from lucerne centre and how to get in if arriving late (flight was delayed). Rooms are absolutely spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good. The food in the restaurant looked amazing (I had plans each evening so didn't get to try it but it looked amazing from what I could see). In a great location 15 mins on bus from centre of lucerne.
