Overall my stay was awesome, friendly staff at the counter

The room was spacious and comfortable, my kid was not feeling well when we arrived due to the cold weather but he able to rest and recover quickly due to the comfort of the room. Very friendly and helpful staff at the counter, assist with our cab booking to go to the train station at 4.15am, much appreciated

The power plug at the equipment area (coffee machine) not working hence we have to move the coffee machine at the other table to use it

Good breakfast, 24hr access to the coffee machine and microwave in the pantry, comfortable and clean room.

The attached bathroom did not have any drying rack (heating element) for towels and light garments. It would be helpful if the hotel can look to install these. The hotel is located at a distance of about 15-20 minutes walk from Luzern train station - which is bit long when walking with luggage from station to hotel and vice versa.

We had a great time staying there!

Restaurant got free coffee and tea for tourists, we can go for the afternoon tea and coffee every day, that’s what we want, thank you!

Not a good one

Rooms are extremely small with little space to move around. Also the first room we checked in had door latch issues. Then we were offered an alternate room. But this one was even worse that had a foul smell coming from the room almost similar to sewage.

Beautifully designed hotel. Rooms are cozy and vibrant. Great, friendly and very helpful staff.

An in-house restaurant for lunch and dinner would be nice, but there are plenty of other options just outside the hotel.

Not the best play to stay

The location was great within walking distance to chapel bridges, shops, and restaurants. The staff are so helpful and they speak different languages.

For the price we paid for a budget hotel, breakfast was not included, CH 22, that's too much in US$. The housekeepers do the beds only. They do not replace dirty cups or clean the floors!! There is a strong sewer or gas odor coming from the bathroom, nasty! I will not recommend this hotel to anyone, for that price it is better to stay in an airbnb.

Never again and never recommend to anyone

Location was good and bed was comfortable.

It didn’t look like a hotel room, it was just four walls with a roof above and one small light on the wall and a small kid size table, that’s all I could see in the room. Very disappointed with the quality of the room. The staff was not very helpful and felt like they didn’t care about the customers. The carpet was not cleaned for a while. Bathroom was not clean as well.

Good place to stay.

The property is in a great location and very clean. The staff is friendly and breakfast was delightful.

We stayed for only one night and Our A/C was not working. The staff offered fans as they were not able to get someone to look at the unit until the following day. The room was very hot, but this would have been an Exceptional stay if the A/C was working correctly.

Dissapointing

Location was excellent and the staff were really helpful.

The room for Ibis Styles was poorly decorated and beyond basic. On a double bed we had only two small flat pillows with no option for more. The air conditioning was so loud we had to turn it off at night is spite of the high temperatures. The hall carpets were stained and badly maintained. Overall it was nothing like the website indicated.

Great location, very central but in a side street so not too noisy. Free bus and train travel within Luzern is included.

Tidy, clean, and suitable for me and my small family.

I did check the beds really carefully, due to the bed-bug situation in Europe. I was very impressed. It was spotless. Thank you.

Some of the rolls were not fresh at the breakfast, which I think was a shame, and did let the food down a little. Otherwise it was good - we were only there for one night.
