location was great easily accessible to kriens mattenhoff station. Staff was supportive . Good breakfast
Though the breakfast was good ,menu was same during our stay for 4 days

location. very close to train station. Free buses, trains, fenicular passes. very close to main attractions
Just the microwave usage. We were hungry and wanted to heat our food, but microwave can’t be used till 7am.
And coffee has charge outside breakfast hours.

Checkin went well, Staff were supportive with the directions and facilities which can be used. parking instructions were clear. Overall a good experience.
Room was not very clean. we found blobs of hair in the corner of the room. Toilet seat was broken and made a lot of noise. Basically it was just left on top of the toilet with no connection whatsoever.
