Could be a nice hotel for short stay but you need be careful with payment

Didn't like. I was charged twice with incorrect amount for stay + deposit, that was never charged back. So instead of 187 euro that was announced by booking I paid 450 euro and hotel is not responding on my messages

The room was very comfortable warm and very clean. A good size for two people, nice to have an easy chair and table. Bathroom with walk in shower. Good to have a kettle in the room. Breakfast was great, good selection of hot and cold food, constantly being replenished, well presented and surfaces etc. very clean. We arrived at Luzern station and caught a local train to Kriens, took 5 minutes and the hotel was very close to the station. the trains run every 20 minutes. Hotel provides a free tourist card for buses and trains.

Nothing , only that after a shower the floor was very wet as the shower screen wasn't big enough.

Overpriced for what it offers

It was a basic room covering basic needs. Breakfast was ok if you were there early.

There are no parking amenities in the building and it can get really pricy if you stay for several days. The curtain of the bathroom was dirty and the toilet brush was simply lying on the floor. My partner and I were a bit stumped by the rudeness of the front desk upon check-in which even included irony. As a final note, during our stay there was construction work happening which was starting from 9:30 onwards, and it's a bit annoying that this wasn't communicated to us beforehand.

Comfortable Stay with Great Connectivity — But Room for Service Improvement

We stayed here as a family (2 adults and a 3-year-old) for a few nights while exploring central Switzerland. Overall, the experience was pleasant and convenient, though a few service aspects could be better managed. • Good breakfast: Nice variety and quality to start the day. • Eco-conscious: Appreciated the hotel’s sustainability efforts, like options to reuse towels and skip daily cleaning. • Family-friendly room size: Spacious enough for two adults and a small child. • Modern design: The hotel and interiors feel new, bright, and comfortable. • Spacious bathrooms: Clean and practical layout with enough room to move around. • Excellent transport links: Easy access to Luzern via both train and bus. • Nearby conveniences: Small shops and food options available around the area. • Free zone-10 travel pass: A great bonus for local commuting. • Good value: Nicely balanced between budget and mid-range pricing.

• Room furniture: Only one small table and chair; a stable table with two chairs would make it more practical for couples or families. • Dining restrictions: Guests can’t use the breakfast area to eat takeaway meals, even though the hotel has no restaurant and room setup isn’t ideal for dining. • Limited room service: The hotel doesn’t bring items to rooms — everything must be collected from reception. • Bedding: Two single duvets on a double bed made sleeping a bit awkward. • Service inconsistency: Staff communication could improve — for instance, we once went to collect something after calling reception, only to be told they didn’t have it.

Very nice modern hotel

Location: This modern hotel is a short, easy walk from Mattenhof station, which is just a few minutes train ride from Luzern. Trains are super regular. It’s also just a few stops to Alpenstad where the mountain train for Mt. Pliatus depart from. The area around the hotel is a quiet mix of modern offices/small retailers/restaurants & all looks really new. There’s also a McDonald’s & Subway nearby. Room: We had a fantastic room for a family of 4, with a sofa bed for the kids & a separate kitchenette/dining area with tea/coffee making, microwave & small fridge. Breakfast: The self service buffet was really comprehensive & we could find everything we wanted. Staff: We didn’t really have that much interaction, but everyone we spoke with was friendly & polite.

Amazing

The breakfast option was decent and good. The location was excellent, just 2 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins walk from the bus stop made it an ideal location to commute. Very convenient going to Pilatus and other attractions. A supermarket right in front of the hotel and also other eating options within walking distance from the hotel made it very ideal.

The room was okay not very spacious as we had taken a family room and it felt little cramped. Also the AC was not there in the hotel, it was just a cooling mechanism and also no fans in the room made it little warn during the day, the nights were fine if you kept the window open.

Ours is just one night stay. we came late and went early so not much to explore. Breakfast was good

Checkin went well, Staff were supportive with the directions and facilities which can be used. parking instructions were clear. Overall a good experience.

Room was not very clean. we found blobs of hair in the corner of the room. Toilet seat was broken and made a lot of noise. Basically it was just left on top of the toilet with no connection whatsoever.

The hotel was out of the centre of Luzern but easily accessible by train, two stops from the main strain with connections every 15 minutes and the journey only taking 5 minutes. Good family friendly hotel.

Our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet was amazing and the location is great since there’s a train station next to the hotel (the hotel provided us with free train tickets during our stay). We also had an unfortunate incident during our stay yet the manager was very professional and solved our problem efficiently.

The breakfast is excellent, exceeded all our expectations. A very comfortable room. Friendly staff. The staff in the dining room works efficiently, for a moment there was nothing missing and at our request we received gluten-free rolls. A very comfortable room. There is a paid parking lot and you can leave your car all day. We received a guest card for free public transport and discounts in Lucerne. The location of the hotel is near the train station and we reached the city very quickly without moving the car. We also took advantage of the discount at the museum.

The showers. The lack of a shower door or how small it is, leaves the bathroom able to “flood”. Not a fan of cleaning up water from the floor due to taking a shower

Property location excellent stay was comfortable in room but the staff at the reception was horondous and to holiday inn

Convenient location

Staff at the reception very very rude and called us racist and insulted us very bad behaviour, checking we had to wait and the trainee was not able to do things without the senior Maria who was very rude . Also another staff at the reception did not disclose her name was abrupt, no manager to attend and next day on persistent spoke the manager who was not willing to take the heed to our experience ! We have stayed internationally in my of your properties but not seen this kind of behavior and reception ! No porter available to pick up and drop luggage . Cleaning of the room also was on request and after few reminders.
