We had a room overlooking the courtyard, and it was very quiet. Breakfast buffet was okay but ave. Staff in general was friendly but reserved.
Many bus tour groups at the same time. Therefore breakfast after 8am is advised.
Only downside we encountered was the of the room. It was not sufficient.

Clean, good breakfast and value for money. Right next to the station so easy to get into Lucerne station and access to lake Lucerne.

The location was 2 stops away from Luzern town centre. The reception staff was helpful and patient
The rooms were very small and the rooms were not cleaned properly as the floor was dirty with crisps on the floor from the previous guest. Breakfast was ok but not the best.
