    Perfect hotel to explore Luzern city. Hotel is two stops (5mins) away from Lucern city at Kriens station. From station, hotel is 5mins walk away. Friendly and helpful staff, Room was clean and spacious, Breakfast had lots of choice. Hotel give tourist pass for free, so that covers majority of the areas, except Mt Titlis and Pilatus. But you can buy ticket from the station where tourist pass stop working, so that saves a bit of money. Getting off at Kriens saves a bit of time too (no need to go all the way to Lucern station and return). I would like to stay here.

    Very friendly staff. Clean room. Like the free transport pass provided. Hotel is very near to the bus and train station.

    The rooms are very compact and they do not have any closet or drawers anywhere.Our room was showing as 25 meters room when we booked it through agora but the hotel staff gave us a 18 meters room and said this is the only room they have.Our room was a courtyard view room and they provided us some different room.The room does not have any hand lotion or conditioner as they do not provide it.They do not have any bathroom slippers.The room does not even have a normal dental and shaving kit and they only provide it if you ask for it.They provide one water bottle every day which was also not provided to us on one of the days during our 8 days.They say it is an IHG hotel and as per that it should be very clean however they do not even clean the rooms everyday.During our stay for 8 days our room was not cleaned for 3 days even after complaining and informing them.We had to literally bring their vacuum cleaner which was lying in the corridor unattended to our room and clean it ourselves.Their breakfast is pathetic.They do not have options.Just salad and some breads,yogurts and juices.The fruits that they provide are canned fruits.it is tge same breakfast every day with no changes no desserts nothing so overall it is a sad hotel with poor or no service and the rooms are also not worth the money.They should refund us atheist half of our money.
