    The hotel is just opposite to the railway station. Staffs are very helpful. Breakfast is excellent.

    We have had a disappointing experience with the reception so far. We understand that the official check-in time is 3:00 PM. When we arrived at around 12:00 PM, our intention was simply to leave our bags. However, the first receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She told us that we could come back after about 40 minutes, as the room might be ready by then. Based on what she told us, we decided to go for lunch. When we returned around 1:00 PM, a different receptionist gave us a completely different explanation and said we had to wait until the official check-in time. This left us very confused about the communication and management at the reception. Unfortunately, the experience became even more frustrating when we returned at around 4:20 PM. Despite there being only two guests ahead of us, we waited approximately 30 minutes to receive our room key. We had also already completed the pre-check-in process with the first receptionist earlier in the day, so we expected the process to be much smoother. While we were waiting on the sofa, the second receptionist did not acknowledge us until we eventually had to walk up to the desk ourselves. This made us feel ignored and unwelcome. We understand that hotels can be busy and that check-in officially starts at 3:00 PM. Our main concern is the inconsistent information from the reception staff, the lack of communication, and the way we were treated when we arrived for check-in. We hope the hotel management can improve the coordination and customer service at the front desk.

    I have stayed at this hotel along with the Father from 1st September 2026 till 4th September 2026. This hotel is hardly at a distance of 5 mins from Luzern Train Station and approx 7-10 mins walk towards the boat station. Just one problem I faced in this hotel is that it was hot and there was no AC in the room. FANs provided were not that great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good. So I would recommend this hotel based on the Location, Staff and the Breakfast.

    2 mins walk to Luzern Station can be super value if you carrying big lugguage. Coop and Migros inside station are the key factor to consider in case you would like to do daily food... shopping.
