Great location, very convenient to get to the station, ferry and city. Good facilities, comfortable room and very friendly staff.

Part of the building was under repairs so was noisy early morning.

First of all, hotel location is unbeatable. On a quiet side street across from the main train station, it faces the park (hence the name), and allows one to reach in a few minutes both the trains and lake boat piers. With a 4 night long stay in Luzern, we truly appreciated our beautiful bright room. Thank you, Natalie! The room was clean, sunny, perfectly air-conditioned and very comfortable. It had the fridge for fresh berries and fruit we kept buying. Reception people were friendly, helpful and provided both maps and transit info for trips to Mount Rigi and Pilatus. We did not use hotel breakfast, but I’d like to recommend nearby vegetarian oasis buffet Tibits (on the train station) and, especially, having lunch at the Manora cafeteria on the top floor of the Manor department store (across the Reuss river, 10-15 min walk from the hotel).

Hotel price was quite high. However, it is hardly surprising with Luzern being the top Swiss destination, especially in peak summer season.
