A superb stay

The room we stayed was at the top with elevator. Storage of luggage available while we explored the town. Less 5 minutes to the main train station. Coffee maker is excellent. Reception is so friendly. All requests were promptly addressed. Definitely a solid hotel stay.

Fantastic 🤩

Wow, what a gem of a hotel. The location of this hotel was amazing. The staff made our stay wonderful and were so helpful offering tips and guides of the city. They even reserved our seats on the Pilatus trip, as I had forgotten. They gave us a complimentary room upgrade too as it was my husband’s birthday. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice.

Quiet, modern hotel steps from the train station

The location is great; close to the train but on a neighborhood street with a park across the street on one side, so it didn't feel too commercial. The room was clean, stylish, and quiet. Though just a single with a twin bed, it was comfortable, and the room overall was compact but felt spacious. A full-sized desk was great for spreading out maps, working on a laptop, or snacking on tasty treats.

I missed having more shelving in the bathroom; leaving toiletries on the edge of the sink was unsightly and got in the way. I didn't like staring at the open closet or shelves since the frosted glass door only covered one or the other at a time. Drawers would not have been as unsightly as open shelves, but at least there were enough shelves to hold everything. I put out a door tag to have more room cleaned one day, which never happened, though I didn't bother mentioning it to the staff since my stay was brief.

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable.

Central location. Rooms was spacious and clean. Parking in the basement garage of the hotel is very convenient. The staff extremely helpful, welcoming and attentive. Exceptional service and hospitality.

Location was excellent and the restaurant superb

Location was perfect for a short stay in Luzern, very close to the train station and easy walking distance to the old city sites, A wonderful surprise was the hotel restaurant Bellini Locanda. We had a fantastic meal outside in the park next door, only available in summer months weather permitting.

The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. There was no hot water (I complained and was given a room to shower). The air conditioning did not work, or had no effect whatsoever (it was 55-65 F outside)

I like how close the hotel is from the station, meaning it is close to shops and restaurants. it has many good facilities so our stay is comfortable.

the AC is cool considering it is hot summer! but the AC kept dripping water so it needs maintenance (I guess).

Everything! This is my second time and everything is perfect. Easy to walk from the train station and city centre. Very clean and beautiful room. Every staffs are super lovely and friendly Variety of breakfast and breakfast is delicious

Gem of a Hotel in Great Location

Staff were superb, very welcoming and friendly. Location is excellent, next to the main train station with access to a side entrance just across the street Great choice at breakfast, lovely quality and speedy service for coffee and table cleaning. We ate our evening meal in the hotel restaurant and again, the staff were great and the food good

Of 4 persons staying, two said the beds were uncomfortable for them as soft mattresses.
