Front office staff were excellent in check in. Everyone we spoke to was professional and made us feel welcome. Housekeeping was excellent. The room was perfectly clean.
Would have liked larger cups in the room for tea, however, when we asked the staff got us some from the restaurant. Television channels were not good. the English channels were all set to news channels with no other entertainment available. TV programs were all in German or Italian.

Be comfortable seeing your partner go to the toilet with a large window into the bathroom from the main room but for most this may not be an issue.

Location to train station was nice. Hotel was fine, we needed two beds, but had one instead. I wasn't really thrilled with the hotel.
Needed two beds, hotel was full so they couldn't accommodate us that way.
