The apartment was closed to Luzern Train station and Ferry so very convenient getting to other attractions. Apartment was large enough for two adults. The main issues is no A/C and the portable fan unit is not sufficent to keep the rooms cool. The shower curtain in bathroom is not large enough to keep water from spraying onto floor. One last issue is the key. You only get one and you need this to lock the door when you are inside. So if one guest leave and take the key, the other guest cannot lock the door or be locked in and cannot exit.

The property is a clean but not upscale apartment. It has no AC but did have fans. The bonus is the location. Very close to the train station and old town shopping. Under the train station is grocery and shops and a short cut to the trains. Street sounds are no problem when the windows are closed. Restaurants are on the street level. The elevator is small but fast. Reception staff, across the street, were helpful and friendly

Apartment had everything we needed except AC, which was particularly noticeable because it faced the afternoon sun and when we finally could open the windows, the train station and an all hours pizza place were right outside. Not a prob, really, unless you are there in a heat wave, which we were. Perks for our fam were the kitchenette, park across the street, and walkability.

Very nice apartment, very roomy with well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and beautiful view. Great location. The only downside which almost ruined our stay was no air conditioning. There was a heat wave while we were there and it was miserable.

We had a great time in Lucerne by staying at this property. The apartment had evertything we needed and was very comfortable. Given how Lucerne is so expensive this gave us the opportunity to make simple breakfast, stock up the fridge with essentials and heat up frozen meals. The place is less than 5 mins from the train station and close to all other places.

The one bedroom apartment was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept better here than anywhere else on our trip. The location was fantastic. The second half bath made it easier with three of us staying here. A little expensive, but everything in Lucerne is, so overall value was good.

Nice property close to the train station. Very convenient . Check in is at Central Hotel and then apartment itself is down the road in a separate location. We had delayed baggage from our flight which was later delivered to the hotel. No one notified us until when it was time for check out we asked about our baggage. If we had not asked we would have missed it. Otherwise clean and wonderful location.

Dislikes- Drainage in the shower room was not good. The wash basin drainage was poor. When reported to the girl at reception, her question was offensive implying we had put something down the sink. We also had to wait for 40 minutes to check in as the apartment wasn't ready. Nico the Concierge who we dealt with was excellent,very helpful and friendly. If you want a good view then unfortunately you will be staring at a side wall of a church. We were not bothered about the view so was ok for us. The apartment should be checked for proper drainage etc before the next guest moves in. Likes- The apartment is very cosy, spacious and homely. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Only 4 to 5 minutes walk from the station. We can stay here again. Owners please advise staff to not accuse guests for something they report. Please thoroughly check the drainage before the next guests arrive.

Most of Switzerland don’t have AC and so this apartment. It’s very hot in Switzerland and this apartment has windows but the airflow is in wrong direction and so you don’t get any air into the rooms even if you open windows. Overall apartment is nice but without proper air you feel like very hot in the room. If you don’t mine staying in hot rooms. This is the place for you.

Apartment was great. Plenty of room, very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location to old town and the train station and boats. Only recommendation I would make is that even though we knew housekeeping was only once a week in the hotel, it would have been nice to at least have dirty towels and garbage taken away periodically. Otherwise everything was lovely!

We booked a two-bedroom apartment and it was clean, modern and comfortable. The only minor issue was that there was only one bathroom and it was attached to only one of the bedrooms. Therefore, the person staying in bedroom #2 had to come into and through bedroom #1 to use the bathroom. That aside, the apartment was fantastic with lots of space and convenient to walk to the train station and or to old town Lucerne. By the way, the lower level of the train station has everything from a grocery store to a flower shop underneath (the currency exchange is on the upper level of the train station). When we come back to Lucerne, we will definitely try to stay here again.
