Overall good, only issues were getting to the hotel at 9:30am then having to wait until 3pm for checkin after traveling for 18hours; having room blinds that keep falling out of track when closed. Most of staff were very friendly and helpful.

A wonderful experience for this American and her daughter. The service was great, accommodating our arrival ahead of schedule while offering free beverages in the room during our stay. There was a restaurant in the hotel which offered a breakfast as well as dinner. The location was within walking distance from the train station. We were also located within walking distance of the old town, the bridges, and all the shopping we could manage during our two day stay.

Hotel was very modern and clean with very friendly staff and excellent location. Unfortunately the pillows were extremely uncomfortable and the tv wasn’t a smart tv so if you only speak English you can’t watch tv as the channels are only in German. Besides that, it was a pleasant stay.

Overall the stay would have been fine, but the AC was very bad and could not cool the room down, so they gave us a small fan which helped a little. The WiFi was the worst WiFi I’ve experienced in the past decade. Very unreliable and slow when connected. This was the most we had to spend on a hotel for the entire trip, and by far the worst overall.

It is ok for the price. The staff were ok, not super friendly or helpful/welcoming. It just felt like a mediocre stay, for a very steep price. We knew Switzerland was expensive, but this felt like they just weren’t trying. Scuffs/stains/marks all over the walls, very desolate feeling in the hallways…it felt like a budget hotel when stepping off the elevator and walking to our room. Grout was dirty in our bathroom. More dirty walls/doors. That being said…the bed was comfortable, the bedding felt/looked clean. It was very dim in the bathroom. Just kind of disappointing for the price and in comparison to our other stays around Europe this trip. Pros: super easy to walk from the train station, very close to Chapel Bridge and most anything you want to enjoy while in Lucerne.

The hotel is really near to the train station . Visitor card given to us for complementary public transport within zone 10 in the city. The Chapel bridge can be seen when you exit the hotel .

Excellent location near train station and old city. However poor air conditioning with what seemed like only the fan function on in the room. It was cooler outside than in the room which was warm for summer. The shower had poor flow and poor temp control and height adjustment so had to bend a little to take a shower. WiFi inconsistent and lagged. Small rooms but adequate for two, Breakfast selection small and poor value for the cost. Will not stay here again.
