Lucerne is absolutely beautiful, could not ask for a better location for our stay.

Location, location, location, nice size room for a 3* hotel, comfortable bed, super nice friendly staff (Diana, Michael & Archi) were so helpful and accommodating, good breakfast, 5 minutes walk from train station, lots of restaurant bars cafes supermarket in walking distance. Good Italian restaurant in the hotel, few English channels on the TV..

No cupboard in the room, only 2 small shelves and small hangers rail which was not enough for our 10 days stay, but we managed..

It’s near the main railway station, walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They have very good morning buffet. One day we couldn’t stay for the buffet so they prepared breakfast to go.

A good base from which to explore the Lucerne area.

Location convenient to both the station and the old town with a good range of places to eat and drink nearby. The staff were so helpful in making our stay more comfortable (they found us a kettle and fresh milk for our room). They were helpful in helping us enjoy local places to visit.

The en suite facility was small but quite adequate.

We were just above the outdoor restaurant and it was noisy. We could have partaken in conversations. The room was hot even with the fan because we couldn't keep the windows open at bedtime.

Great surprise

Room was comfortable and good size. I had believed I had left a water bottle in the room and returned to the hotel later that day. The staff took extra time to look for it for me though not found. I had put it down just around corner so I discovered later that day. They went out of their way for me so that was appreciated

Fabulous location.

Rooms were small with an en suite that you could only just get in to. Opening the shower door was a challenge and we are not big people. No air con and a very noisy ceiling fan

Extremely loud due to position above the street (noisy patrons from bar and loud deliveries to restaurant such as banging and bottles). No air conditioning, so the room was really hot and we couldn’t keep the windows open due to the noise levels outside.

Perfect location for a dreamy Lucerne stay

Location location location! Easy walk from Railway station and perfect for early morning walks before the crowds roll in! The breakfast here is really special, as it is a small boutique hotel the service is perfect! Shout out to the beautiful blonde girl on reception and kandi making us feel very special at our breakfast!
