A good base from which to explore the Lucerne area.

Location convenient to both the station and the old town with a good range of places to eat and drink nearby. The staff were so helpful in making our stay more comfortable (they found us a kettle and fresh milk for our room). They were helpful in helping us enjoy local places to visit.

The en suite facility was small but quite adequate.

Breakfast was super, staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, centrally located, good choice.

We ran the ceiling fan in the room which circulated air well, but it needs to be dusted as it circulated dust as well which triggerd my allergies.

We were just above the outdoor restaurant and it was noisy. We could have partaken in conversations. The room was hot even with the fan because we couldn't keep the windows open at bedtime.

Great surprise

Room was comfortable and good size. I had believed I had left a water bottle in the room and returned to the hotel later that day. The staff took extra time to look for it for me though not found. I had put it down just around corner so I discovered later that day. They went out of their way for me so that was appreciated

Fabulous location.

Rooms were small with an en suite that you could only just get in to. Opening the shower door was a challenge and we are not big people. No air con and a very noisy ceiling fan

Extremely loud due to position above the street (noisy patrons from bar and loud deliveries to restaurant such as banging and bottles). No air conditioning, so the room was really hot and we couldn’t keep the windows open due to the noise levels outside.

Location location location! Easy walk from Railway station and perfect for early morning walks before the crowds roll in! The breakfast here is really special, as it is a small boutique hotel the service is perfect! Shout out to the beautiful blonde girl on reception and kandi making us feel very special at our breakfast!

Great place to stay in the heart of old Lucerne.

Excellent location in old town Lucerne, within walking distance from main train station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our coffee machine was faulty, but the problem was sorted out quickly and efficiently by the staff at the reception desk - they provided us with an electric kettle and complimentary coffee from the restaurant until the machine was in working order again.

Lucerne is a magical city highlighted by a lovely hotel

The most lovely boutique hotel in an excellent location metres from the lake. The room was compact & decorated beautifully. Full opening windows was a plus.

The shower was small but the issue was the doors that wouldn’t open up wide enough .. you had to squeeze in sidewards… a medium person would struggle to enter.
