Still my favourite hotel in Luzern. Stayed many times over the years. Close to station but no noise from trains. Short walk to lake and Chapel Bridge. Very comfortable bed. Lovely staff. What's not to like?

Super location, right in front of the station. Very nice clean place.
Just a bit compact but we didn't mind it as we were there only for a night.

Great location, close to everything!!
No AC and it was very HOT while we were there. Tough to sleep!

Comfortable bed, good soap, clean and quiet.
The evening staff in the restaurant was rude and not up to Swiss standards. The breakfast staff was excellent.
