A little noisy outside around 2am. There’s a club attached to the hotel. Perhaps the noise was from people leaving on both nights.

Great location,clean, very nice staff

Location was excellent , there is a cute Italian restaurant located onsite, great wine and eats

Our room was spacious, how there was scaffolding just outside our window and three men working who could visibly see us, we immediately asked for another room because we were coming off of a 19hour flight and wanted to sleep, they would not accommodate us also the maid did not replace our bath towels , only gave us hand towels to dry off . The 3 day :(

The room was a good size, the place was clean, the staff was helpful and it was in a great neighborhood.

At the time I stayed there it was impossible to find the hotel because of construction and the parking garage entrance seemed non existent. If that is still the problem, there should be explicit instructions sent to every person stay.

Room was not huge but it had everything we needed and were very comfortable

Close to the station and easy walking distance to the old town and the main sights. Felt new, clean, considered and well appointed. We were expecting a bland, middle of the road business hotel and were pleasantly surprised. Lovely staff too

We had to change the date of our stay and had to accept a room upgrade which added over CHF200 to the CHF399 had already paid. Yes the room was bigger but a 50 per cent mark up is quite steep.

Central location

Noisy air con and extractor fans that could not be turned off. Dirty marked walls. Small rooms. Noisy roadworks outside. Uncomfortable pillows.

The location was great. Only a few minutes away from the train station and walking distance to some tourist attractions and restarurants. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Water pressure and temperature was amazing. The breakfast buffet was very good and they had diverse foods for a good price.

The bedding and pillows weren't comfortable. I had to fold two pillows on top of each other to make them fluffier and thicker. The blanket was really thick and heavy, so I had to take the cover off to be able to sleep cool.

Enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this place given its location.

Great location within 2-3 minutes walking from Luzern Main Station and Chapel Bridge; plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. We were on the 6th floor and the room was quite spacious and elegantly done up. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Literally one minute walk from Chapel Bridge, 10mins to/from train station with luggage.

Had to put suitcases in front of bedside tables due to floor plan.

Incredibly comfortable

I stayed at AMERON Lucerne for one night and really enjoyed my experience. The hotel was very stylish, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the coffee machine and complimentary coffee in the room—it was a great touch. The room temperature was just right, making the stay even more pleasant. The location was also excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the lakeside.

One suggestion for improvement would be to provide disposable slippers in the room. Also, the bathroom amenities could be enhanced to better match the overall quality of the hotel.

Comfortable stay in the heart of Lucerne

Proximity to the train station and old town Lucerne but quiet. It also is one of the few hotels in the area that has air conditioning which is a plus during the summer. Mini bar in room is also included in your stay!

Beautiful location, bad hotel experience

Lucerne was a huge highlight of our trip, we fell in love with Switzerland!!!! What a beautiful country. The hotel staff were lovely and accommodating but we were very disappointed with the hotel experience.

For a four star hotel, I was surprised to feel as if the rooms were not very clean. The beds were not at all comfortable, despite seeing other positive reviews about that. We woke up to bites on us and had to manage the repercussions of that the rest of our trip. We let the staff know and they were horrified and kind to us, but we still feel as if others should know. There are better hotel options in Lucerne. I do not often leave bad reviews about anything, but felt compelled to save someone from a similar experience.

Clean, modern, great A/C; close to the train station, and American sized bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Luzern is very walkable, and this hotel is perfectly located for tourists.

Exceptional

We loved our stay at Ameron, the location was perfect and close to public transport in a quite street. Jessica from reception was very helpful and her excellent customer service is what made our stay exceptional. The rooms were great and comfortable with a mini bar which was included in the room stocked with wine, beer, water and coffee available too. We would highly recommend and would stay here again.
