    We stayed three nights at AMERON Luzern Hotel Flora during our Switzerland holiday and had an excellent experience. The hotel impressed us with its prime location, excellent service, and thoughtful amenities that made our visit truly memorable. Service The staff were exceptional, making us feel genuinely cared for and truly welcomed. Location The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Lucerne’s scenic beauty, just steps from the central station. This made traveling around Lucerne and beyond effortless. The station also offered convenient access to supermarkets and variety of shops, which added to the overall convenience of our stay. Highlights of Our Stay • Visitor Card The complimentary Visitor Card was invaluable, offering free public transport within Zone 10, free city WiFi, and discounts on attractions. We used it for a discounted trip to Mount Rigi and free buses like Bus No. 1 to connect to the cable cars for Mount Pilatus. One evening, we took Bus No. 24 to the far side of the lake and enjoyed a serene sunset walk back to the hotel. Strolling along the tranquil lake, dotted with swans and ducks, was magical. The card made exploring Lucerne effortless and enjoyable. • Free Mini Bar A delightful and unexpected perk was the free mini bar, restocked daily with a variety of snacks and beverages. • Swiss Water The pristine regional tap water, highlighted by the hotel, was exceptional for both drinking and showering. • Luxurious Toiletries The high-quality, perfumed toiletries were indulgent and soothing—the perfect touch after a long day of exploring. Room Experience Our room was comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed with all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning wasn’t as cool as we’d hoped, but this didn’t overshadow the overall positive experience. Overall Experience Our stay at AMERON Luzern Hotel Flora exceeded expectations. From the perfect location to the outstanding service and thoughtful amenities, everything came together to create a truly memorable visit. Thank you to the AMERON team for making our time in Lucerne so special. We look forward to visiting again!
