Good location for the money, we were given a pass to travel on the local buses for free. There is a bus stop outside the hotel that has buses going into the main train station and old town every 5 minutes during the day. Very clean and comfortable beds.

comfort, bathroom had hair dryer and it was with toilet and shower, room was just enough space for everyone, beds were comfy and thick duvet
The sofa bed didn’t have a bedsheet on it but it was late at night already so I couldn’t ask anyone. it was just the mattress as it is and duvet on top

We booked a triple room for 2 people so it is pretty spacious. Room has fans available which is great considering some days can get quite warm and stuffy even when we were there in September. The hotel is about 10mins away from the luzern train station by bus and the bus stops are directly in front which makes it convenient.
Even though I knew there’s no lift at the property when we booked the hotel, the male staff straight out rejected our request for him to help with our luggage because our room is all the way at the attic floor. Also, out of the 2 breakfasts there, one morning we were asked to collect our own drinks when they served everybody else, who were not Chinese-looking. Didn’t really like the attitude.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. The street outside is busy and loud, however. It is not the fault of the hotel but it is something that people should be prepared for if they are staying there. Also, the parking is very difficult to get into as the area around the property is very small. Overall, the hotel is as comfortable as it can be given the little space it’s got. They are doing very well with what they have, just know that the space is very tight and is located on a busy street.
Noisy street, hard to park.

The hotel was located a little distance from the town centre, but this was not an issue, as a bus stop is situated right out the front, and all public transport was free with the Lucerne pass. This made getting about the city easy and enjoyable.
Room was comfortable, with an actual third bed, rather than a sofa bed.
A decent breakfast is offered at extra cost
The bathroom was extremely small.
No elevator made carrying luggage to room difficult
Expensive, but this is standard for Switzerland

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was very good. The location is right next to a bus stop that gets you to all areas of the city and right to the main bus/train station which made traveling with luggage easier.
You are right next to a very busy street and it is quite loud. We had a standing fan in the room that did help alleviate some of the noise.

Funny staff! Delicious, hand made breakfast, proper coffee machine. 5-10min to train station and Luzern harbour, several buses. They provide you the city pass, very handy.
It seems room 20 (3rd fl) was the last available ones, tiny toilet with shower (2-3m2). Hand basin in the actual bedroom. TV lopsided, no coffee kettle though mentioned in the descr. Along a busy road, but with earplugs couldnt hear anything. Not worth the price.

Cleanliness and the travel visitor card.
May be you could keep a coffee maker in the room?

The location had transport at the door but was also walkable into city
Definitely overpriced. The bathroom was extremely small especially the shower. Restaurant and bar weren’t open, no facilities for coffee. No lift.

Hotel is nice, beds are comfortable. The triple room actually has three proper beds instead of one sofa bed. Hotel provided visitor pass so all of us staying in the hotel room could have free public transport within the city centre. Despite not being directly in city centre, this meant could take the bus from the stop right outside the hotel straight to centre in less than 10 minutes. Buses are very frequent until late at night and area is safe. Also, hotel allowed us to store luggage after check out so we could explore on the last day too.
The biggest problem was NO LIFT/ELEVATOR. I booked this months in advance and didn't realise that I would be given a room on top floor. Maybe all the triple rooms are on top floor (3rd or 4th floor). We had to carry our heavy suitcase, almost 30kg, up all the stairs. So I do not recommend if you are staying with heavy luggage. Also, city tax was not included in hotel price so be aware you will have to pay when you check in. We paid 21 CHF for 3 people. There is no air conditioner in room but they have fans (but air con was not needed when we stayed in late June as weather was still nice, so I don't know if it would be a problem).

The staff (specially Jennifer) was great. Very nice. The location was very good. nearby city center
No A/C - a little cramped place. The amount that was charged and not having a/c is unacceptable. Also not much amenities. very simple room.

Very good location and they have given us city pass so we used bus see for free and city WiFi was also free with the pass. Hotel is very clean.
3rd bed was very uncomfortable. Room size is small.

The location in the new town away from the throngs of tourists was pleasant. The 20 minute walk to the old town was very manageable and a bus stop was right outside the hotel.
No elevator, no mini fridge, no aircon.

Great value for money. Spacious clean rooms. Good storage space.
We had a room which nice big windows looking over the street with nice views. It even had a balcony where you could sit and eat a meal and chat while looking out over the street.
I assumed the 30 CHF breakfast would be a proper cooked meal. Turns out it was a buffet with croissants, meats, cheeses, pastries and you had to cook your own eggs. Anyways, the food was still really yummy

Due to a train delay we showed up at 6:30, and uniquely to this hotel then only do check in for 3 hours a day from 3 to 6. So when we arrive there was no one inside and the door was locked. I tried messaging through booking and their website but no response. This is an actual SCAM hotel, there is nothing accommodating about this place. Genuinely avoid like the plague there are better hotels in the area for a cheaper price, I would know I had to book one the day of

Room was spotless, very warm and comfortable. Some noise but not bad.
Only coffee / milk left on first night was not replenished for second.

Stayed in the only family room they have an overall we had a great experience. fair warning to future family room occupants that it does get a little bit warm but we were provided two fans for us to use that night.

Right in front of the bus stop, easily accessible. Upon checking in, they kindly offered to change us to a lower level also as we were all ladies carrying large luggages, and they did not have lift.
A basic room, not much amenities such as coffee/tea provided etc.

You can have every single day fresh and clean bed line. The location of the hotel is perfect, around 15 minutes walk and 5-10’ with the local buses you can arrive at the main train station, where is also the central of Luzern.

Samer was absolutely fantastic, calling me ahead of our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed, and during our stay, being incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is well placed to explore Luzern, with the old town being an easy stroll away. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. Recommended!
