Beautiful heritage hotel in Luzern

Very central location opposite Luzern train station. Lots of eating places nearby and accessible to most sites. Room was big and beds were comfortable. Coffee machine with pods and sparkling water provided everyday. The room was cleaned everyday as well. Breakfast was amazing!! So many options and variety of hot and cold dishes. Staff were attentive and friendly. Great stay for families! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Pillows were soft. Preference is memory foam pillow. However they provided extra pillows on request. Only one elevator in one section so could be a longer wait time during busy period.

Perfect location in Luzern

The room was big and spacious although the carpet and furniture is clearly quite dated and could do with a refresh. I'm also not a fan of showers over baths.

There is only one very small lift that serves 6 floors so when you have luggage etc there is not enough space and often you have to wait forever for a left with space to arrive.

Handy location across the road from main train station. We were able to store our bags at no cost when we arrived early. We were able to leave our bags at no cost for the day when we had a late departure. Friendly staff.

Not worth the money.

Location is great and just steps from the train station. Very convenient to everything downtown. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was in disrepair with a broken bathroom mirror that was broken in several places with tap at the top. We did not notice until we were fully unpacked so we did not want to move. Additionally, there was a huge fly in the room which required 2 calls to room service to take care of. This room should not have been rented. We paid for an expensive room but got a budget experience.

No AC in running in lobby and hallways. Felt very hot and stuffy for mid August. The room had controlled AC and never cooled consistently but was okay to still sleep. The shower takes forever to get hot water. The third night it never got hot. Still I would stay her again because of location.

Location is best. Out the Gate of main station and the hotel is right there. There is elevator in front of Hotel down to basement that connects to train station too. ( we just found out the last day).

Location couldn't be better, in the heart of everything. Comfy bed, good size room, rooftop bar was excellent with view of Luzern, friendly and obliging staff. Although in the middle of everything the room was perfectly quiet. Had a great night's sleep. Aircon was quiet. Loved the hotel.

Don’t stay here. £300 wasted.

Nothing. We left and didn’t stay. The hotel are refusing to refund us despite the room being totally misrepresented on here. We have provided photos to them via booking.com showing this and despite them saying they haven’t seen the photos they still refuse to consider our request for refund…

It was in an awful location, the room was scuffed, marked, dirty and the style was totally like a hostel, not a hotel. The style of the room not at all as advertised. We left and asked nicely for a refund saying it was misssold and the receptionist refused to help or refund, stating they weren’t management and can’t help if it’s booked through booking.com

Located near the train station, grocery shops, attractions. 10 mins to the tourist bus parking area for pickups. halal eateries nearby too. Charming facade. Staff was exceptional, esp Kyle. Attentive and helpful. He speaks Bahasa Melayu too which was a pleasant surprised. Terbaik bro !👍

Avoid

Hell in a hand basket. They promote their property as to being a luxury property. I paid good money for a place that was promoted as being luxury. Where to start. They have a bar on the 7th floor that had music blasting and the bass thumping down to the 5th floor until early morning hours. In order to access the bar the patrons lined up in the hotel lobby which was packed with party goers. Access to the elevators were blocked. I had 2 rooms booked for me and my family. I was in a suite on the 6th floor actually room 611. There was a sewer smell that permeated throughout the suite. The places was runned down floors filthy and carpets in hall were old and decrepit. We walked out of the front of the hotel which is right at the subway station. There were people openly snorting drugs right outside the door of front of hotel. We paid almost 3000 US dollars for 2 nights here and it was horrible. I would not return

The location was perfect! With it being right across from the train station, it's the perfect place to start or end a trip!

The wifi is terrible! You connect through there stupid process and then it disconnects you every 9 minutes forcing you to register again. Hated it so much!
