Nice place to stay!

Very nice hotel, cozy and comfy! The room is not big, but modern, clean and well-organised. With a good coffee machine :) The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is tasty.

Very very poor value for money .

Location was pretty central but on a very busy main road.

Reception areas not shown in the website are shoddy, tacky and in great need if renovation as is the breakfast room. WiFi is none existent, dropping in and out. The shower cubicle is minuscule and black grout. Towels are thin with holes. Shower gel and shampoo dispensers empty and despite two requests not refilled. Room not serviced over three days. Had to ask for a towel change. Very very poor value for the money.

The location is excellent, and that is probably all.

The smell in the foyer (or rather entrance, as there isn't really an entrance hall) is not pleasant at all. Many lights in the room didn't work. Run down hotel.

No a pleasant stay

It’s not an air conditioned hotel and is not prepared for summers. You cannot sit in the room it was so hot and had no proper ventilation. The glass slab over the wash basin makes wash basin half usable. Breakfast is bad.

Disappointed as we asked for twin bedded room but it wasn’t. Was travelling with my friend. Also it was extremely warm & no cooling fan so was bit uncomfortable.

Perfect lucerne stay, will come again.

Fantastic service, fantastic location and quality hotel. We stayed for only one night but the staff were incredibly friendly, lovely and helpful. The location is either a 600m walk from the main train station or two stops with a bus (4 lines go this way so very frequent). Renovated bathrooms and rooms, lift and nice stair case. Great stay!

Our overall experience was fantastic. The hotel is very close to the Lucerne Train station and the lake. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast is really good. Definitely, we recommend this hotel.

All in all ok.For tourist a perfect position. Rooms are ok but nothing special.

If you are on the reception is smells strongly. Next to it is a bar where smoking is possible. The smoking smell is in the hold house.

For one night it was fine.

Location very good. Good bar and the restaurant food was expensive but nice.

Poor service on check in. Told our room would be ready between 2-3 to be given the keys at 3:30 and on arrival to room cleaners still cleaning it. It was all a bit disorganised on check in with staff not knowing what they were doing. The check in needs to be earlier. Breakfast offered would be a good addition as well as more flexible eating options and coffee making facilities.
